At the turn of the century the company faced a crisis: the site of their mill would be flooded to form the Wachusett Reservoir. Instead of abandoning the mill, the company dismantled it brick by brick and shipped it to its new home in Easthampton, where it was rebuilt on the banks of the Lower Mill Pond. During the ongoing revitalization project in Coatesville, the goal was to repurpose these beautiful churches into event spaces and to preserve their rich history. You get to choose which venue is the perfect location for you and your special event. The Barton House of Redlands wedding and event venue is at the foreground of the beautifully renovated Barton House. The Barton House was built in 1866 as the second oldest brick building in the San Bernardino Valley. With its lush manicured lawn, breathtaking views of the nearby San Gorgonio Mountains and surrounding seasonal roses and trees, this historical gem is as unique as it's restored look.
