The Holly Vault Collection A Unique Collection of Wedding Venues with Personality. Owned by HGTV's Cari Cucksey (Cash & Cari); Cari has fused her passion for repurpose to provide unique and memorable moments for every couple. Whether it’s our circa 1860’s bank building renovated as the original Holly Vault or the number of unique antique props available, the Collection continues to be inspired by things of the past. The Holly Vault Collection consists of the original Holly Vault, the Holly Vault Chapel & Infinity Room, Venue One Eleven, The Nova Room & a number of accommodations. Each location resides within walking distance in the quaint town of Holly, known as Oakland County’s home for antique boutiques, historical landmarks and frequent train whistles. Lavish, rustic, and simply remarkable, The Holly Vault Collection is the ideal locale to celebrate one of the most important days of your life.

Our beautiful 1900s chapel is serves as the perfect venue for Elopements, intimate Full Service Weddings, Showers and More. Thoughtfully brought back to its original beauty, the Chapel upstairs was remodeled as the perfect blank canvas backdrop for your ceremony. Situated on the Garden Level is The Infinity Room. This modern & blank canvas is customizable for any style. The Infinity Room also connects to our outdoor Pergola, perfect for intimate ceremonies and more cocktail space.

Accommodating over 300 guests, Venue One Eleven packs a punch for any event with elegant charm and historic influence. Originally built in 1913, this once Vintage School has been undergoing a complete remodel. Cari Cucksey and the team has since refurbished the original maple flooring and brought new life into the building. Venue One Eleven will consist of both ceremony and reception space, bride and groom suites, outdoor event space and more.

Excellent Experience
We utilized the Pavillion for a baby shower for 80 attendees. The facility was STUNNING and the food matched the appearance. Everyone had a great time. Our party planner SAMANTHA was PHENOMINAL!!!
Perfect Day
We absolutely loved our entire wedding day! We had such a wonderful time and the staff at The Holly Vault was impeccable! The food was delicious, the drinks incredible, and the staff was top notch! We had such a fantastic experience with the coordination team as well. Alisa was on top of everything and ran a tight ship to make sure everything went as planned.

The team at The Holly Vault Collection was incredibly helpful, prompt, and attentive throughout our entire wedding planning process. From our initial inquiry to the day-of coordination, they were responsive, professional, and truly made us feel like a priority. The venue itself was absolutely beautiful - the elegant decor and magical ambiance created the perfect backdrop for our special day. We were thrilled with the exceptional value we received, as the quality of the service and the stunning setting far exceeded our expectations. We cannot recommend The Holly Vault Collection highly enough to any couple searching for a wonderful wedding venue.
Venue one eleven
Venue One Eleven was everything we envisioned and more. The food was AMAZING. We had so many compliments on the food. Highly recommend the salmon & short rib. The venue itself was so spacious & beautiful. It’s pre-decorated which made our lives so much easier and saved us a lot of money in the long run. The courtyard is filled with flowers & was a good place to step away from the dance floor for some fresh air. The stage was perfect for our band & made it feel like we were at a concert! We rented the townhouse about 10 steps across the road from the venue for our wedding parties. It was AMAZING to be so close to the venue for the entire weekend & it is decorated SO cute. It sleeps about 16 guests so our wedding parties didn’t have to worry about driving the night of the wedding & my bridesmaids & I used the top floor to get ready together the morning of. Our coordinator, Alisa, was the biggest blessing we could have asked for. That woman went above and beyond to make our lives as easy as possible. She has worked with many vendors in the area in the past so it made planning the day of timeline much easier for us! Wedding planning can be stressful & expensive, but Alisa managed every stressor & helped to save us money too. We trusted her completely & welcomed any & all of her advice.
