Legacy Golf Club sits on over 75,000 acres of land belonging to the Dwight B. Heart estate. The venue has various event spaces for ceremonies and receptions that can be adjusted to align with each couple's unique vision. Their indoor locations can accommodate anywhere from 80 to 250 guests, while the outdoor settings can host up to 350 people. The golf club’s regional, vintage designs are complemented by modern resort amenities, creating a serene setting for any celebration. Our property also features on site accommodations for you and your guests!

    My husband and I got married at Legacy Golf Club back on November 17, 2023. Let me tell you that friends and family STILL talk about our wedding to this day about how beautiful, perfect, and unique it was. The venue really made the wedding just perfect from the amazing Special Events Coordinator, Shatara Jones, to the great food, the coordination of all of the vendors and the two venues we selected. We married at the Sierra Vista Lawn and had our reception at the cart pad under the twinkling lights. We had a firework show, a live band, mariachi, photo booth, and DJ. This venue can have it all and still give you an intimate family union feel to it. Shatara was just everything you would need to plan the perfect day. She provided lists of vendors and was very communicative and helpful at all times. I explained my vision and the staff brought it to life. Planning our wedding here was super low stress and turned out memorable and beautiful. I can't wait until a family member marries so we can have another wedding here! Recommend 100%.

    I don't even know what other word to use for our experience other than exceptional! The staff at Legacy were absolutely fantastic throughout our engagement and planning process, I could not have been more thankful! They really took care of all the heavy lifting planning. Shatara and Lauren, thank you both for being so incredible to us throughout the planning process, and for being absolute angels on our big day. There was a slight hiccup in communication on our end, but the second we brought it to your attention it was fixed immediately. There were no concerns whatsoever on our end when it came to choosing this venue. WE LOVE YOU BOTH!

    Please do not get married here. The wedding coordinators dropped the ball on every aspect; everything from being poor communicators in the planning process, to not replenishing desserts, not providing ample food options for people with allergies, not setting up decor as instructed and previously communicated, not having my outfit change ready for the reception. I look back on my wedding day and truly feel traumatized with my experience at this venue. The venue itself is a golf course first and a wedding venue second. That was made very clear by the disrespect I received from golfers and employees when touring the venue and even on the day of, including being berated by staff and golfers. I would not recommend Legacy for your wedding.
