Heceta Head is one of the most beautiful lighthouses in the world! The Lighthouse and Light Keeper’s home are circa 1894. Both are listed on the National Register of Historic Places. From a height of 205 feet above the ocean, its “first order” Fresnel lens, casts it’s beams some 21 miles out to sea. It is the brightest light on the Oregon coast. It is said to be the most photographed lighthouse in the United States. The Light Keeper’s home is perched on a cliff with a magnificent view of the Pacific Ocean and the beach below. Paths from the Light Keeper’s Home lead both to the beach and to the lighthouse. The Wedding Garden, Pacifica’s outdoor site, overlooks a large pond and meadow. This site has three grassed tiers for chairs with a beautiful view of Grayback Mountain. The indoor site, our large and welcoming climate-controlled (heat, a/c, smoky air filtered) Great Hall, has hardwood floors for dancing. It also has a spectacular floor-to-ceiling 16 foot wide roll up glass door that allows you to still feel as if you are outdoors, even in colder weather. The Great Hall holds up to 150-200 people; the lovely covered pavilion just outside the door can hold another 100. Changing rooms for bride and groom, a small prep kitchen and large indoor, handicap-accessible restrooms are also available here.

The Lachini Family believes that the vineyard is the wine. Our family-owned Estate winery and vineyard is located on the backdrop of the Chehalem Mountains in the heart of the Oregon’s North Willamette Valley. The 45 acre Lachini Estate Vineyard is located approximately 30 miles southwest of Portland. The south-facing gently-sloped terrain sets in the outlying foothills of Newberg, and is a part of the Chehalem Mountains A.V.A. Ron and Marianne purchased the property in 1998 and planted the first five acres with Pinot Noir (Pommard clone) in June of 1999 after clearing and natural site preparation. In the following seven growing seasons, we planted additional blocks that now entail just over 30.5 acres of planted Pinot Noir plus an additional one and a half acres of Chardonnay.
