About this venue

The Hood River Hotel is a historic property in the heart of Hood River’s downtown, offering 41 guest rooms and a 10 bed hostel. Built in 1911 and on the National Register of Historic Places the Hood River Hotel is the place to stay in the Columbia River Gorge. We are in the center of downtown nestled amidst local artisan shops, eateries, wineries, brew pubs and a myriad of outdoor adventure destinations. Enjoy food and drink from our Scandinavian inspired Broder Ost or chill in our lobby in front of the fireplace with a local craft beer.

Our beautifully-restored banquet room offers 2,500 square feet of versatile event space, including a dance floor, wet bar, couches and a fireplace. With its own private entrance and restrooms, the spacious Emerald Room is an excellent venue for weddings, bachelor(ette) parties, or whatever you dream up!
