About this venue
A home built for love, weddings, celebrations, and joyous new beginnings that have stood the test time. The historic Victorian Belle Mansion in Portland, OR was built in 1885 as a gift from David Cole to his wife, Amanda. A century later, the mansion has been lovingly restored and now serves as one of Portland’s most enchanting wedding and event venues. Located just 10 minutes from downtown, the mansion is a complete package, with historic décor indoors, and lush, expansive gardens outdoors, as well as exceptional service. This charming piece of history offers the warmth of a private estate without the worry of endless details. When you host your event at the Victorian Belle, every element, from the meticulously manicured 2.5 acres to the delectable cuisine, is unsurpassed. Victorian Belle Weddings & Events was an exceptional choice for our wedding venue. Their communication style was extremely easy and responsive, which made planning our special day a breeze. The venue itself is beautiful and historic, and the team there is clearly well-managed, as everything ran like clockwork. They handled so much for us that we did not even need to hire a wedding planner. And the in-house catering was the best I've ever had at a wedding - our guests are still raving about the delicious food and drinks. I cannot recommend Victorian Belle highly enough for couples looking for a stress-free, stunning, and well-executed wedding experience.

As a wedding planner, I work at a lot of different wedding and event venues in Portland, Oregon, and I have to say: The Victorian Belle is one of my favorites. They have one of the most extensive in-house wedding rental inventories in the city as well as excellent food, a kind and knowledgeable staff, and beautiful grounds. Highly recommend!
