I started Proof Mobile Mixology September 2024 when I got married and wanted to have an elevated version of a mobile bar at my own wedding, but everything on the market was too rustic for my taste. So I created it! Proof is not your normal bartending service. Proof is a classy, curated and elevated experience from the initial inquiry, through creating one-of-a-kind signature drinks to the event itself. We have over a dozen flavors, all made with premium ingredients; real fruit, no high fructose corn syrup, only pure cane sugar, and many of our flavors are organic as well! From Piña Coladas and Margaritas to Frozen Lemon Drops and Whiskey Cokes, we have a slushy for everyone!
