About this venue

Heceta Head is one of the most beautiful lighthouses in the world! The Lighthouse and Light Keeper’s home are circa 1894. Both are listed on the National Register of Historic Places. From a height of 205 feet above the ocean, its “first order” Fresnel lens, casts it’s beams some 21 miles out to sea. It is the brightest light on the Oregon coast. It is said to be the most photographed lighthouse in the United States. The Light Keeper’s home is perched on a cliff with a magnificent view of the Pacific Ocean and the beach below. Paths from the Light Keeper’s Home lead both to the beach and to the lighthouse. Very special couples have chosen the Heceta Lighthouse B&B as their wedding destination and we are happy that you are considering us for your special day. It is a home where family and friends can feel comfortable and relaxed. Each wedding we have experienced has been unique. Fulfill your fantasy in the the unique Heceta House!

The first floor of the Keeper's Home has 2 parlors with fireplaces and ocean views, a dining room with view of the culinary garden, the guest kitchen with lighthouse view, the wrap around front porch, and the Lawn surrounding the B&B.

The West Lawn

Most beautiful and unique setting on the Pacific Coast!

The West Lawn is a fenced acre of grass around the Lightkeeper's Home. A clear sided tent with heat and lighting keeps up to 150 loved ones warm, relaxed, and dancing all night. Tent sizes available are 40x40, 40x60, and 40x80. The Lightkeeper's Home is also accessible when renting the West Lawn.
