About this venue

Mount Vernon Canyon Club provides an unforgettable location. We are located just 20 minutes west of Denver offering rooms with breathtaking views of the mountains, canyons, and the Denver city lights. Our large decks provide a spectacular setting for your outdoor wedding ceremony. Allow us to create a stress-free day that will be unforgettable for you and your guests. We are open for weddings Tuesday-Sunday, depending on availability. Each wedding package includes the same level of service. In addition, we offer rates for rehearsal dinners, bridal showers, luncheons, and engagement parties.

Beautiful event space with large sliding doors providing guests an indoor/outdoor experience

Our Canyon room is in the lower level of the building and includes a built in dance floor, bar, wedding suite, and sliding doors opening to a spacious deck overlooking Clear Creek Canyon. The room rental includes tables, chairs, linens, china, flatware, and glassware. The typical rental time is from 4pm-12am, bull full day rentals are available. Our on site catering and events team will take great care of you and your guests to ensure your day is perfect!

Description

Our Main Dining Room is on the main level of the building with large slanting windows overlooking Clear Creek Canyon ranging across the entire north side of the room. It also has a spacious deck with tables, couches, and a firepit. Our Board Room will be included in you room rental as a wedding suite. The room rental includes tables, chairs, linens, china, flatware, and glassware. Our on site catering and events team will take great care of you and your guests to ensure your day is perfect!

Description

Our Aspen Room has south facing views overlooking Genesee Mountain and our horse pasture. From the deck, there are views of Mount Evans and Mount Blue Sky in the distance. There is a floor to ceiling room divider to divide the space into two separate rooms. This space is typically used for rehearsal dinners, bridal suites, and as a meeting space. On occasion, it has been used for weddings and receptions.

Had my wedding here 9/1/2024. Absolutely fantastic experience. Venue is beautiful with stunning views. Food is a top highlight (short rib!). Wait staff and bartenders were engaged and enthusiastic, unlike some other venues I’ve been too. Nicole is a godsend. Definitely host your next event here.

We had a wonderful experience with Mount Vernon Canyon Club as our wedding venue. The staff were very communicative and responsive throughout the planning process, which gave us peace of mind that everything was going smoothly. The open floor plan and beautiful mountain views provided a lovely backdrop for our special day. Their service was great and the staff were friendly and attentive. The venue has a spacious feel with good flow between indoor and outdoor areas. We would recommend Mount Vernon Canyon Club to couples looking for a venue with beautiful scenery, an accommodating staff, and ample room for guests to mingle.

I could not be more thrilled and impressed with the quality of service during our wedding celebration from the staff at Mount Vernon Canyon Club. It was top notch starting from our initial communication with Barbara to the servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff. Barbara made sure that we were taken care of from the moment we showed up to the moment we left. She made us feel calm and took care of everything that needed taking care of without us having to remind her. She even boxed up all of the leftover food for us that we were too anxious to eat (all of which was absolutely delicious). The view is spectacular from the deck and after some initial rain and lightning, we were even blessed with a double rainbow! As a wedding venue, Mount Vernon is a perfect 10/10.

This venue was perfect! The views were phenomenal. Barbara made everything so stress free and mad made sure everything was perfect for us on the big day! The entire staff was phenomenal and so attentive!

No, only a $5 flat fee per chair for the ceremony chairs. We do not allow ceremonies only.

We do not provide transportation services, but we do have a list of preferred vendors with transportation and shuttle services.

No outside alcohol is allowed.

This answer depends on whether you choose our morning rental, evening rental, or full day rental. Our most popular rental time is 8 hours from 4pm-12am, which includes set up and break down time. We also have a 7 hour morning time slot available from 9am-4pm. The morning time slot is half the price of the evening time slot. You can rent the full day from 9am-12pm if you would like. Please note, all time frames include the set up and break down time.

The deposit, which is the room rental cost, is non-refundable. If you cancel over 120 prior to the event, 50% of the estimated cost is due. If you cancel 90-120 days before the event, 75% of the estimated cost is due. If you cancel 60-89 days prior to the event, 100% of the estimated cost is due.

We are located about 43 miles west of Denver International Airport, which is about a 45 minute ride without traffic. From the airport, follow Peña Boulevard to I-70 West. We are located about 5 minutes off of I-70 when you take exit 256 for Lookout Mountain.

No, our venue is fully insured.

No outside food is allowed, with the exception of wedding cakes, desserts, and some dessert vendors. Please note that there is an additional fee for outside dessert.

Dogs are welcome to be a part of your ceremony and photos, but after that they must go home. We do have some preferred vendors that will transport and take care of your pet on your wedding day!
