A cozy, intimate, industrial style space for your one-of-a-kind indoor wedding ceremony or event.

This space features 5,000 square feet of climate controlled event space along with a stone fireplace, custom made bar, and intimate, moody lighting. Most popularly used for an indoor wedding ceremony or indoor cocktail hour, this space is also utilized for bridal showers and other special events. An indoor wedding ceremony can be accommodated 1 of 2 ways in space to appeal to any season.

Beautiful, historic & unique wedding venue

I've drafted many versions of this review because it is so hard to do justice to the wedding experience we had with Historic Ashland (end of May 2024). From the minute we drove onto the property as prospective clients, to our exit at the end of our wedding night more than a year later, we had one fantastic interaction after the next with Leah, Amanda and team. I am a discerning person with extreme attention to detail, and I can honestly say that Historic Ashland is run flawlessly and with utmost respect and attention to their clients. From many months of planning to seeing it all come to life the day-of, I am still in awe of how perfect our day turned out. The property renovations were incredibly done with all modern amenities and events in mind, while maintaining the charm and historic qualities (not many 1800s barns out there that are immaculately clean with climate control!) We loved being able to have three separate feeling "events" on the property (ceremony outdoors under beautiful mature trees along a creek, cocktail hour on patio/lodge 1st floor, and dinner/dancing on lodge 2nd floor). Our guests traveled from far and wide, and everyone "got it" as soon as they arrived at Ashland - they saw what a truly unique and special place it is! Furthermore, Ashland's relationships with the vendor community gave us so many options to create a custom experience that was beyond what we could have hoped for. It is so common these days to be slightly underwhelmed by things, and I can say without a doubt Historic Ashland, their team, and all of the vendors completely exceeded our expectations. We couldn't be more appreciative, and choosing this as our venue was the absolute best decision. Our family & friends are still raving about it being the best wedding they've been to - and we agree! We are left with a lifetime of memories and will always reflect fondly on our day at Historic Ashland. THANK YOU!

My husband and I decided to do one of their elopement packages and we were blown away! It was the most perfect evening and our wedding was absolutely beautiful. Leah was great and answered all my questions. She was so helpful with seating our guests and guiding my husband and I. We couldn’t have asked for anything better, we had ZERO stress that day. Our bouquet and boutonnière was included in our package and they were STUNNING I will never stop recommending Historic Ashland.

Historic Ashland was the perfect venue for our April wedding! From the moment we toured the property, we fell in love with the atmosphere and potential it offered for our wedding day. Leah and her entire team were quick to respond and schedule showings, answer questions through the planning process, and they executed our ceremony and reception perfectly. Amanda was our Day of Coordinator and was someone we could fully trust to keep the day running smoothly. Not only were we in love with how the day went, but so many of our guests also complimented how beautiful the venue was and how they enjoyed their time too! Scott and I couldn't recommend Historic Ashland enough to any prospective couples for a wedding venue in South Central Pennsylvania.

My wedding day experience at Historic Ashland was incredible! The exclusivity of hosting only one wedding at a time, the classic and beautiful grounds, and the well-thought-out spaces for the wedding day were exactly what we were looking for. Leah, Amanda, and the entire team at Ashland are beyond dedicated and incredibly helpful. They made the entire process, from start to finish, organized and stress-free for me. Amanda, in particular, went above and beyond by not only listening to my vision and preferences but making it a reality without hesitation. I highly recommend Ashland to any bride-to-be.
