How far in advance should we book you for our wedding?

Accepted Answer

Typically, couples book us about 12-18 months before their wedding date. I encourage you to reach out as soon as possible about my availability. And if your date is even a few months away, still be encouraged to reach out! Because we have a team, we are often able to accommodate dates that are closer, depending on the season and our schedule. We look forward to hearing from you!

Question 2

Will you edit all our pictures?

Accepted Answer

YES!! All final images will be custom edited for color, saturation, exposure, and sharpness to ensure they look beautiful. Included are small modifications like blemish removal, easy object removal, etc. We do not offer body modification or "liquified" edits.

Question 3

How long will it take to see our pictures?

Accepted Answer

Great question! Our turnaround time varies by season, and also depends on how quickly you finalize your style preferences. You will receive a "hefty" preview gallery the week after your wedding with lots of images from the whole day in the style (or styles) we think best match your vision. Once you select and finalize your style, typically you'll receive your full gallery within 8 or so weeks.

Do you have insurance?

Absolutely! Please let us know if your venue requires a certificate of liability, and I’ll send that over to them.

Question 5

How many pictures will we get?

Accepted Answer

We do not limit the amount of photos you receive. We only remove duplicate, out of focus, or misfires from your gallery. So you can expect at least 100 images per hour of photo coverage. Keep in mind this estimate varies depending on your wedding package, number of guests, venue type, and other factors such as weather and timeline. Most of our full wedding clients receive galleries with 800-1600 photos.

What’s your back-up plan if you can’t photograph our wedding as planned?

This is one of the BEST things about our team. Because we have in-house backup options for every date, you never have to worry about us not being able to cover your event in an emergency. Our team is aways ready to shift and flex with the circumstances so you can rest assured that your day will be documented with us.

Do you also offer video services?

Accepted Answer

YESSS!!!! And as our couples have said to us, the fact that we also offer video is a HUGE benefit, because it means you only have to talk with one vendor, the styles and coverage will be cohesive, all the logistics are in one place, and since we all work together as a team, there's never the "conflict" that can sometimes occur between photo and video. We pride ourselves in working cohesively with other vendors regardless of their company, but when we work with our own, we're already on the same page before we arrive so it's a very seamless process for our clients.

Do you work with photographers outside of your team?

If your wedding it outside of our local team radius, we can resource local photographers at almost any location around the world to document your session or wedding day at no additional cost to you. We do all the leg work to make sure their quality and experience match our standards, so you don't have to worry about that. Then we edit the images in whatever style you've decided upon.
