With a variety of offerings, we ensure that you will be happy working with us.

Whether you are planning an elopement wedding or you're planning a large wedding with 300 guests, we will be right by your side. With our top-of-the-line organization and communication, we will walk with you through the planning process, and on your wedding day that is seamless.

Description

You are looking to fully trust our team to help you create a timeless experience filled with peace and elegant design. We will work with you through the entire planning process to create an experience that is unique to you. This service will include all aspects of the planning process. From budgeting, design, vendor booking, seating charts, creating a smooth timeline, day-of coordination, and much more.

This service starts at $500, but can be customized to your wedding needs. You’ve dreamed about marrying the love of your life, but you want it to be a more intimate wedding with your closest family members and friends. This type of planning ranges in assistance from finding your elopement location, working with your vendors and day-of event management. For this event, your guest count may have a maximum of 40 people.

You know exactly what you want your wedding day to feel and look like, but you are looking for someone to finish up your remaining details. This includes assistance with vendor recommendations and organization of details. We will also walk with you through the final steps of the planning process, such as, working with your team of vendors and managing day-of logistics.

You have been thinking about your wedding day forever and know exactly what you want. This service will include organizing details and creating a smooth timeline in order to best serve you. We will work with your vendors in order to give you a laid-back and memorable day.

    If you're looking for a wedding coordinator who will go above and beyond to make your day absolutely perfect, look no further than Jenny! We can’t thank her enough for making our wedding day feel like a dream come true. Ryan and I both keep saying it was better than we ever imagined, and we know that’s all because of her. From the start, Jenny took care of everything, allowing us to enjoy every moment without a single worry. She introduced us to amazing vendors, calmed my nerves (she’s a hero for that!), and thought of all the little details that we would have never even considered—like extra lighters. Her attention to detail and thoughtful planning made all the difference. Jenny was a beautiful part of what made our day perfect, and we’ll forever be grateful.     From the moment we booked Opal Avenue Events as our wedding planners, Jenny was an absolute dream to work with. Her communication was fast, efficient, and thorough, putting our minds at ease throughout the entire planning process. The quality of her work was simply excellent - she was incredibly detailed, kind, and truly effective at making our vision a reality. Jenny helped immensely with all the changes that weddings throw at you, and I knew I could relax and actually enjoy my day because I had her there to take care of everything. She made our venue look gorgeous, and I will always remember her warm smile when she came to get me to walk me down the aisle. As I told her, I wish I had many more weddings to plan, so I could have Opal Avenue Events do all of them!

She was so helpful, adaptable and creative throughout the whole experience. Her and her assistant were provided excellent service on our wedding day. They're also just overall great people! Would highly recommend them for your event!

    The Mohs hardness scale describes Opal as a delicate though softer stone, with a brilliant appearance. When I describe Opal Avenue Events I tend to agree with that assertion this company follows in the tradition of its namesake. They plan events with a delicate grasp of all the necessary details needed to execute a perfect event. Plus their soft and easy-going approach to problem solving and event execution results in brilliant creative displays, and an unmatched vendor synergy. When working with Jenny, she handles every detail with ease and utmost care, proving that planning is an essential part of any wedding or event experience. I would 100% trust Opal Avenue Events with my big day!
