We can’t say enough good things about A&J Luxury Event Planning! They provided day-of coordination for our wedding, and their professionalism, organization, and dedication made all the difference. Their attention to detail was outstanding, and they took the time to really understand our vision, down to the smallest touches. On the day of our wedding, they were a calm, reassuring presence, keeping everything on schedule and handling any issues behind the scenes so we could fully enjoy our day. Our guests couldn’t stop raving about how attentive and respectful they were, making sure everyone felt taken care of and welcomed. We cannot express enough how grateful we are for A&J Luxury Event Planning team and the incredible job they did on our wedding day! From the very first meeting, they took the time to understand our vision and made us feel at ease. Julisa and Anaya were organized, attentive, and truly passionate about making our day perfect. On the big day, everything went flawlessly. Julisa managed the timeline, and handled any unexpected hiccups with grace and professionalism. It allowed us to relax and fully enjoy every moment without any stress. The attention to detail was remarkable. They transformed our ideas into reality. We had a polaroid guest book and they took charge of them (I didn't even think about it & ask for it!) and made sure everyone signed the guest book. They even included our vendor which was super sweet. We genuinely could not have done it without Julisa and Anaya's expertise and support. A & J Luxury Event Planning was Co-Founded by Allenia Marcelle and Julisa Nicholas. We’re more than just an event planning company. We consider ourselves the architects of creating unforgettable experiences and delivering top notch customer service. We are a full service wedding and event planning business that also offers event decor services. What sets us apart is our dedication to personalization, attention to details and our top-notch customer service skills. We believe that every event should be a unique reflection of our clients vision and desire.

To manage stress on the day of an event, we make technology our best friend by ensuring that our phones are fully charged and we have access to the internet. Use checklists to ensure that we don't miss any important details. Build a strong team that we can trust to get the work done. Manage our time effectively by knowing how to navigate and move on from difficult tasks, and to alternate between easy and difficult tasks to give ourselves time to recuperate after stressful periods. Be prepared for everything by having contingency plans in place for all possible emergencies.

To secure our services, a non-refundable retainer fee of 25% of the total estimated event cost is required at the time of signing the contract. This retainer fee confirms your booking and allows us to begin planning your event. Payment Schedule: The remaining balance will be divided into agreed-upon installments leading up to the event date. The payment schedule will be outlined in the Invoice & contract.
