Hi! My name is Allie Gee and I am the owner of OMGee Events. Since we will be spending a lot of time talking and getting to know each other, I thought I would start by sharing some info about me: I'm a retired professional dancer & current dance teacher. I also modeled & have walked in NYBFW. I'm came out as queer later in life & have been loving every minute of it. I love dyeing my hair different colors. My favorite genres of music are disco, funk, & pop music. My spouse & I love to travel & have visited 9 countries so far. There's no such thing as too many house plants. I have a cat (Filly) & a dog (Finn). I can't wait to get to know you!

I cannot say enough great things about Allie! My husband and I booked her for our wedding after we decided we did not want any family or friends to have to set up or tear down. Originally we were looking for someone to do just that: set up our decor, then tear it down at the end of the night, so we booked OMGee's Day Of Coordination package. Well, we got so much more than that! Allie made the entire day run so smoothly, which allowed my husband and I to be completely in the moment all day. We literally did not have to worry about a single thing. She contacted all of our vendors the week of to make sure they knew she was the point of contact the day of the wedding. Throughout the day and night, she checked in see if we needed anything. She also made sure everything stayed on schedule. I did not realize how much we needed a Day of Coordinator until that day. She also advocated for us to make sure things aligned with our vision of the day. Also, she brought a day of emergency kit, which came very much in handy! If you are looking to book a Day of Coordinator, look no further! She truly went above and beyond and my husband and I are so thankful!

Working with OMGee for a last minute booking for our team was a dream. They connected with me and confirmed my team’s arrival, start, and finish time, as well as precise directions to the couples family farm! The biggest difference I noticed was that prior to sending me the timeline for the wedding day, they took everything that I requested with the bride and incorporated it fully. Meaning, as opposed to a “schedule” I have found over 22 years of doing weddings that rather than a schedule it’s best to have everyone who is receiving services be there at the start time, (except flower girls and elderly grandparents.) This allows us to rotate between hair and makeup and it keeps a relaxed atmosphere and a flow of never having an empty chair. Sometimes half of the battle for me as an owner is to get this point across too many other planners. Since my team and I are usually the first vendors that the bride sees, it is imperative that we start on time and finish on time to pass the “baton“ to the next vendors, such as photographers, videographers, and florist on time.
