“Having Macy as the day of coordinator for our wedding was the best decision we made - our wedding day was 100% stress free! We had no idea about what needed to be considered when having a wedding, but Macy had all the questions ready and helped us think through every detail. Macy is so kind, thoughtful, organized, communicative, and took away all of our stress leading up to the wedding day by being so organized and prepared! She coordinated with the different vendors to ensure a timeline was created and distributed for when each would arrive. I didn’t have to worry about a thing except for confirming details for her. She made sure the wedding party and our parents were at the right spots at the right time throughout the evening and helped keep guests contained during cocktail hour so we could step away with the photographer for photos. She even assisted with clean up and helped pack dessert for us to take and enjoy later! Macy is by far irreplaceable in our eyes, we cannot recommend her enough! “Lindsay with Mostest was AMAZING! She helped us tremendously when the event planner for the Charleston Princess quit just a few weeks before my daughter’s wedding. There were many obstacles to navigate including not being able to board the vessel to set up and decorate until 2 hours before guests would begin boarding. Lindsay single handedly transported a car load of personalized details, decorations, party favors, bar items, extra linens, numerous picture frames and a huge Charleston Harbor nautical chart that served as the guest book. She had to take several trips from her car down a very long pier to get to the boat and set it all up in such a short time span. She managed it all beautifully! The timeline she created was amazing and we were actually a bit ahead of schedule prior to the ceremony. This gave us all some time to relax while sweet Lindsay was preparing for all of our guests to arrive. After the reception, Lindsay stayed on board and began packing up all of our special items carefully. We returned to the vessel after sending the bride and groom off, to find that she had managed to pack most of our items without our help. I can’t say enough about all that she did for us, especially with all of the hiccups and stresses we faced the last few weeks. She handled everything with such grace and poise! This MOB was quite stressed with the adversity we were facing that was out of our control and Lindsay smoothed everything out!! I can’t say enough about her!! “Where do I begin! I don't think I could write down everything amazing that Oasis did for me in one review. I was personally going through so many life changes and I could not have had my dream wedding without them. The team was extremely prepared for every step of the process and handled the hurdles with grace. The way they dotted their "I" and crossed their "t" with everything on my laundry list of needs was astounding. I had lots of unique visions I wanted for my wedding that Oasis had never worked with before and they handled every new encounter seamlessly. For instance, we had Spanish translation for our guest and their was absolutely no issues. We also got several vendor discounts through Oasis. My main planner was Jewell and her communication was excellent. On the wedding day she brought the whole Oasis team and I didn't have to deal with any planning issues on the day of the wedding. My husband and I were well taken care of. Jewell sacrificed so much for us. She did all the flower arranging (except the bouquets) and her taste in design is impressive and it was such a life saver. I am very happy with everything Oasis offered me. My husband and I both agree that their was no need unmet by Oasis. Thank you SOSOSOSO much Jewell. They travelled all the way to Jersey City from Philly and were so accomodating. They spent time with all our vendors on the day of the wedding, helping set up with the florist and some of my DIY decor. They made sure my ceremony procession ran smoothly. “Andree Collective did day-of-coordination for our wedding in October 2024. I’ll admit we felt like we had a pretty simple wedding already and were worried DOC would be excessive, but we took everyone’s advice and hired the day-of-coordinator anyway. Frankly, it was an easy decision to hire them given they’re a social enterprise (the opportunity to deploy a budget for a bigger purpose? I’m sold). Ultimately, we could not imagine our day without their help. We did a lot of DIY on our wedding and had our friends & family step up in some big ways so not only did Andree Collective help ease our stress on our wedding day, they went above and beyond making sure that our friends and families who had roles to play in our day were also comfortable and ready for the day. In addition, besides being incredibly helpful and thoughtful to us (B&G), even our families commented on how much easier and stress-free the day was, because we had Andree Collective around to help make sure everything went smoothly. Just to call out a few of the invaluable tasks they helped with: pre-planning to make sure we were on track in the month leading up to the day by creating the Day-Of-Timeline and doing all the legwork of finalizing details with vendors, showing up early on the Day-Of to make sure everything was situated and set up properly, helping corral family and friends to where they need to be for photos and just generally answering questions so that we didn't have too, helping to herd the cats to their dinner tables, and keeping tabs on what was going on throughout the event and reporting back so that we knew what was going on, but already working on a solution (like when we couldn't find the spare trash bags at the venue!). I could go on, but honestly, consider hiring a DOC and especially consider hiring a DOC who is giving back to the community. Andree Collective was truly are worth every single penny. It is your big day, you deserve to feel like a guest of honor at your party, not a host.”

“We could not have pulled off our wedding without the Lovehaus team. We used Lovehaus for styling and partial planning (planning starting at 6-mo out). My husband and I are the biggest procrastinators, and combined with very busy and time-consuming jobs, I knew that we would never be the wedding planners that we needed to be. A friend recommended Lovehaus and we're so thankful she did. Tabitha was our coordinator and she is a real-life angel organizer, who kept all our timelines on track, kept us in check, and handled all the coordination with our vendors so that we could have a stress-free wedding day. Not only did she work directly with all our vendors so we didn't even have to think about it, but she also helped us make decisions when we were indecisive (which was more often than not) and shared her recommendations for vendors and helped us choose the ones that best fit our needs. She joined all the vendor meetings too, asking questions I would never have thought of and helping me to create shot lists or decide on food options. Separate from vendor coordination, she helped to style the beautiful wedding we were hoping for, creating a style guide that perfectly reflected what we asked for and choosing or creating design elements (linens, florals, signage) we loved. She even helped share recommendations for all the bridal party dresses that everyone loved using as their inspo, which helped to create such a beautiful and fun pink moment for my bridesmaids. In addition to all her planning expertise, she was amazing the day of the wedding with her assistant, Shaun. The two of them kept our timelines on track and got us where we needed to be, when we needed to be there. No one had to stress about a thing as they had everything covered. They were even able to get a lovely orange stain off the front of my dress from the pollen on a flower in my bouquet before the ceremony. Everyone in the bridal party was raving about the Lovehaus team and how well they handled the whole day. I cannot thank Tabitha and the Lovehaus team enough for all they did for us. 100/10 would absolutely, most definitely, without a doubt, recommend.”

“So I usually intend to leave more reviews but I get sidetracked. For this I had to take the time. So my daughter went on her school dance and I wanted to add a little surprise for her. I found Jenniune Events on IG and decided to give it a shot. It was last minute so I didn’t think I could pull out off but I did! After giving them the details the owner herself and her staff came within 12 hours and did a balloon set up that match my daughters dress and flowers that she loves. They came the night before ( that and the short notice cost me a bit extra ) They gave the space a fun celebratory vibe. They were so detailed from every size of the balloons to the look from every angle. As a dad I couldn’t believe how thorough they were in the short amount of time. All of our friends and family were impressed and my daughter was sooo happy and surprised the next day. Though I spent a bit more for the short notice and timeframe it was worth every penny. Definitely booking again!!”

“Cynquetta is a gem to work with! My husband and I found Cynquetta through a bridal expo in Philly after having to fire our previous wedding planner. I truly wish we had found Cynquetta first because she would have certainly been the wedding planner for the entire wedding. From the moment I met her at the expo I knew she would be the right fit. Her booth was beautifully decorated, and she exuded a kind, honest, and professional spirit. Throughout the planning process, Cynquetta was everything I dreamed and imagined a wedding planner to be. She was organized, timely, and great with communication, and she brought the positive energy that a couple needs to navigate the stresses of wedding planning. Regardless of how stressed (or over it) I was throughout the planning, Cynquetta remained calm and supportive for both me and my husband. For the wedding, we had a 10hr long Tobagonian, Barbadian, Nigerian fusion wedding with 2 ceremonies, multiple outfit changes for our entire families (40 people) and the bridal party in addition to the cocktail hour, reception, and photos. When I tell you Cynquetta helped us execute everything PERFECTLY!!!!?? Honestly, the guests said the wedding was like “a movie” or “a production” and I truly believe it worked out this way largely because of Cynquetta. I am a very meticulous person when it comes to planning, and I think Cynquetta was even more meticulous than me lol. Her spreadsheet to organize the details of the wedding covered everything we could think of and some much of what I wouldn’t have realized needed to be planned out. We met weekly, texted regularly, and emailed frequently to get everything in place for the big day. I could go on and on about how Cynquetta will NOT let you down; but I’ll end with the only bit of critique I had for Cynquetta is that she needs to raise her prices!!!! She’s THAT good! I would have paid double (or more) for the quality of her work and the joy that she allowed me and my husband to experience on our wedding day. Thank you so much Cynquetta! (PS, we've also used Cynquetta after the wedding to plan a 60th bday party for my mum!)”
