    Amazing experience with Christine G in Boston

    We had a fantastic experience working with Christine G for our recent wedding in Boston, MA. I won't lie that I was hesitant to work with Mostest at the start. Our venue had some specific intricacies and it was their first wedding ever, and we needed someone local, personal and experienced. I worried that without the option to chose a specific planner upfront, we'd end up stuck with someone inadequate and be scrambling. A few months out we were presented our option of 3 planners and I met with Christine G to make sure we were a good match. Right away, she jumped in with confidence, reassuring me on my anxieties for the day. It didn't hurt that she lived extremely close to my venue and had been there already and knew the space! We worked with Christine for 60 days leading up to our wedding and she did far more work than expected during that time. She was generous with her time, responsive, and always brought the best energy to every call and email. She worked directly with our vendors to make sure the day went as smoothly as possible and went above and beyond in many ways. We didn't end up using any of the AI features Mostest had to offer. I am thankful to Mostest for helping us find Christine and helping the planning process and wedding day go smoothly. Thank you Christine!

    We loved our planners!!!

    We are so happy with our planner, India Fordham and our jr. planners Kaylea and Jess for our Nashville wedding at The Parthenon. We went with month of coordination with 60 days of support. We started meeting with India about 60 days out and she was incredible to work with. She nailed down details that we didn’t even know we needed to know and perfectly executed our vision. When we had last minute changes, questions or unknowns, she handled it and we never felt stressed or worried. The day of was incredibly smooth that I truly don’t know how we would have done it without our planners. When they say weddings are magic, this is what they mean!

    We worked with Mostest Planning for month-of coordination, logistics, and content creation — and we couldn’t be more pleased with the entire team. She made the final stretch of wedding planning feel so much lighter and completely organized. On the day of, she went above and beyond — helping coordinate around the weather, running around with umbrellas for guests, and quickly adapting to our unexpected rain plan. She handled everything calmly and proactively so we could just enjoy the day. Mostest was also incredibly flexible with our specific setup needs, especially regarding our DIY flowers and décor. Dana helped transport everything to and from the venue and coordinated seamlessly with us around the rental van logistics. She made the setup and breakdown process smooth and stress-free, which we appreciated so much. Sophie, our content creator, delivered two perfect reels that captured the energy and emotion of our wedding day beautifully. She executed exactly what we envisioned and gave us stunning content to relive the day. Overall, the entire Mostest team made such a difference in how smoothly everything ran. Their coordination, flexibility, and attention to detail allowed us to truly be present and enjoy every moment.     AI COMPANY NOT ACTUAL WEDDING PLANNERS

    I reached out to this company for day of coordination service. I received a message and a sales packet. The first line in the packet was "Mostest is an AI-driven event planning platform," I don't want to work with robots. I want to work with human professionals who know more about wedding planning than AI ever could.
