She was passionate, thorough, thoughtful, committed, and organized throughout the entire process. On our wedding day, Arin ensured everything went smoothly - she expertly organized everyone for the ceremony, coordinated our ceremony music, kept us on our timeline, and went above and beyond to alleviate our stress and ensure we had an incredible time. She even calmed down our officiant (a family member) who had some last minute nerves! Arin has an incredibly calm and thoughtful presence, and I cannot recommend her and A.L.M. Events enough.

She is sweet, funny, grounded, and so easy to be around. My family and bridal party are full of big personalities, and Ani navigated everyone with grace. Hiring Elizabeth for month-of coordination was truly one of the best decisions that we made during the wedding planning process. We experienced a fairly large hiccup six months out when our restaurant buy-out canceled, and Elizabeth went above and beyond in ensuring that we found a suitable replacement. She is someone who will truly go to bat for you. Elizabeth was kind, helpful, responsive, and organized throughout the entire process of working with her. We were able to let go and relax the last week before our wedding because we knew her team had our back. They handled deliveries, pick-ups, moving stuff, set-up, ceremony timing-- you name it and they were there. Our September 2025 wedding day was fantastic (I might be biased, but probably the best wedding I've been to) and it went so smoothly in large part to Elizabeth and her crew. True pros. I had the opportunity to work with Lee Ramsay Events for our wedding in August. Lee demonstrated the perfect temperament and attention to detail needed. My fiancé is a surgical resident meaning much of the planning was left to me (the groom) and Lee. Lee managed all of the personalities in our wedding party, family, and venue masterfully. We continue to receive compliments days and weeks after about our wedding and the level of organization that made our day flow so well. She was a true joy to work with and all of our other vendors shared that she was one of the best planners they had ever worked with. When we hired Lee, we did not think we needed a full planner, but she more than demonstrated her ability in one of Manhattan’s premier venues. Lee offered other value add services and guidance to making our wedding weekend the perfect one. Her team of bridal attendants and assistants were incredible on Wedding day. I cannot recommend Lee Ramsay Events enough. Talk about making the impossible, possible! I had worked with MVW Events to plan a surprise engagement picnic for my then girlfriend, now wife. Around the time, I was wrapping up my graduate program and set to graduate the day after I planned on proposing. MVW helped me set the vision for the picnic and coordinated sourcing vendors for the right deals on items that would make the moment extra special. With all the details in place, I was confident in what we had planned and was actually less nervous about the whole bended knee thing because of it. Fast forward to the day of and guess what ... It RAINED!! so the park area I had in mind did not allow folks on the grass after fresh rain so we had to change plans on the fly. Morgan and her super creative brain proposed she and her team set up everything in my apartment instead. That way we could have everything we needed for the occasion within arms reach. She even secretly met me while I was out with my partner at a school event to grab my apartment keys and head over to set everything up while I was out. When we got home, when I say the place looked like MAGIC!! We were both blown away (but of course I had an idea of what to expect). And of course, it went perfectly from there. We are now coming on a year happily married and I would not have had the confidence to execute such a plan on my own. THANK YOU Morgan & Team!! 10/10 Recommend!

She made sure all of our vendors came on time and knew where they had to be throughout the day. Creating a wedding day timeline was a bit of a struggle. However, Chelsea came to the rescue and drafted a timeline that made sense and did not leave out any important details. I had many questions throughout the planning process that Chelsea had no issue answering. Whether you want a traditional or non-traditional wedding, Chelsea is there to accommodate. Overall, I believe having a coordinator is a must if you want to solely focus on enjoying your wedding day. I’m so happy we chose Chelsea Song Events!

Ambar was our amazing day of coordinator for our wedding on April 12th, 2026. We had several zoom consultations and she created our wedding timeline, coordinated details for the ceremony and reception with all of our vendors, assisted with layout of the venue floorplan, planned our rehearsal, recorded the entire day using so we can revisit it, customized our welcome mirror and personalized champagne glasses, decorated the venue and ensured the entire day went smoothly. Ambar also made sure my husband and I had time to have food and drinks during cocktail hour and dinner. She even bustled my dress so I could dance the night away comfortably with my loved ones! Overall her services are top tier and we highly recommend her to anyone who needs a responsive, professional Wedding Coordinator.

We didn't think we needed wedding coordinators because we weren't planning a big, elaborate wedding. We wanted something small and meaningful—an intimate celebration with about 60 - 70 close family and friends —and figured we could handle most of the planning ourselves. We chose a restaurant, sent out invitations, and thought we had things under control. But our thinking shifted once we started considering the logistics of the actual day—including seemingly simple things like how to arrange chairs for the ceremony. Friends and family offered to help, but we wanted them to enjoy the event as guests, not worry about the details. After speaking with Ingrid and Gloria and reviewing their very reasonable proposal, we felt good about bringing them on. Over the next two months, they kept us organized, offered thoughtful and constructive suggestions, and were a steady source of calm and encouragement. They listened earnestly to what we wanted and helped bring it to life in a way that felt both personal and polished. We also really appreciated their help communicating and coordinating with vendors, including the restaurant, our photographer, and our musician. It took a lot of pressure off our shoulders and gave us peace of mind knowing everything was in good hands. What we've come to realize is that the best work of wedding coordinators is often invisible to guests—but when it's done well, the event flows effortlessly and feels just right. That's exactly what Ingrid and Gloria made possible for us, and we're so grateful.

Not sure where to start. This past year was so insane. We got engaged and planned and had a whole wedding in under a year- not even sure what made me lose my mind and do all that (plus we bought a house!). Without Alinato this entire year would have been a wild undertaking and truthfully there would have been several more breakdowns (and maybe my mother and I would have come to blows!). Truly Alyssa was so helpful. Every time she gave a recommendation even when I disagreed- she was right! Right down to the colored flowers- I do not know how she does it but she can conceptualize the entire day through the whole process. I am someone who needs a lot of visuals and a lot of explanation especially when it comes to the biggest day of my life and because I am super type A!! She was patient and really helped walk me and my partner through it. Our day was not only pretty and amazing to see come together but it was FUN. All I wanted was a stunning day that felt effortless and chic but also I wanted my friends to party and we achieved it! Of course everyone is human and there was a bump or two but truly I have no complaints. I am still in awe at how we pulled it off in such a short time period! Insane but I would 1000% recommend Alinato to any couples looking for a planner!

I used Sparrows Daughter to coordinate and plan the entirety of my bachelorette weekend - this was 17 girls flying from across the country to Palm Beach and it went off perfectly!! MaryLouise was hands on the whole weekend but started working on the events month before. Flights were coordinated, arrival times synced, a full weekend of activities scheduled. MaryLouise worked with multiple vendors, including boat rentals, yoga studios, local busses and restaurants and the weekend went off without a hitch. She also worked with a local designers to create perfect welcome workout sets that everyone loved, and negotiated a great group rate. She was extremely accommodating and I feel like really listened and understood the ethos of what I wanted the weekend to be. I willllll be using her again for my next birthday!!!
