Nova Events by Greta McNebb, is a boutique wedding and event planning company offering services in Miami and NY. We design, plan and produce wedding and events that are intimate and intentional. Striving to do so through implementing our creative mindset, curated vendor relationships and organization expertise. We utilize our authentic and easy going demeanor to produce an event that is unique, personable, created with intention and detail, celebrating and reflecting who you are. Our specialty are chic, rustic, industrial with a modern and elegant twist weddings and events.

Possessing the unique ability to use my imagination and fast problem-solving skills we transform any challenge into the perfect opportunity to think outside the box, and create something exciting, unique, and new. To us here at Nova Events by Greta McNebb creating an event is a collaborative experience and a true team effort. We strive to maintain highly valued relationships with our clients, vendors, and staff. We believe that it takes the beautiful combination of authenticity, inclusivity, and collaboration to achieve our clients desired results, and we weave those values into the fabric of everything we do.

    This review is long overdue, but I wanted to make sure I took the time to give our incredible wedding planner the glowing praise she truly deserves. From the very beginning, she eased every single concern, guided us through some of the toughest decisions, and made the entire planning process feel effortless. She was so patient with us, even when we were behind on giving her our to-do items. Instead of making us feel rushed or overwhelmed, she kept us on track with gentle reminders and a game plan that worked for our schedule. She also helped us stay within our budget without ever making us feel like we were sacrificing our vision—she had creative solutions for everything and made sure we got the absolute most out of every dollar. No matter what challenges came up, she handled them with grace, professionalism, and the kind of calm that every stressed-out couple desperately needs. Whether it was helping us navigate tricky vendor decisions, coordinating last-minute details, or stepping up to handle anything and everything on the day of—she did it all flawlessly. I didn’t have to worry about a single thing on my wedding day because I knew she had everything under control. If you’re looking for a planner who is organized, supportive, and genuinely invested in making your day perfect—stop looking and book her now!     Working with Greta for our February 2025 wedding was a dream come true. From the moment we met with her (and even before we signed a contract with her) she was incredibly supportive and helpful. If you want someone who is going to take care of every detail before you can even think to ask about them, she's your girl. From our first call, my husband and I knew we would be working with her. She has such a calming demeanor but she's also incredibly resourceful and uses her knowledge and abilities to the max. Having no family in the area, I really had to lean on her for a lot more than I thought I might, especially when I was having issues with my wedding dress. She even came with me to pick it up the first time!! Greta has so many connections and really knows her stuff when it comes to weddings. She'll be real with you about what's possible within your budget and she really helped us stay within ours - she has a great system that she provides you access to. I could go on and on about how amazing she is. I'm just sad that our wedding is now over and we won't have a reason to connect! We love you Greta!!!!

    With the lofty goal of planning a 250-person NYC wedding in just 4 months, my groom and I were certain that we'd need a good planner on our side. We interviewed 4 different planners and from the moment Greta appeared on our Zoom screen, we were immediately put at ease. She is calm yet direct, gentle yet firm, but most of all—her attention to detail is incomparable. I'm not sure how many times I said to her, "there's no way we could've done this without you," but I really, really meant it. Greta caught small errors by our other vendors that saved us headaches and money in the long run. While we hired her specifically to execute all the aspects of the wedding that we planned, she went beyond the scope of her work to make sure that we felt secure and on track to pull this wedding off. Her day-of team was calm and confident, which was more than I could've asked for in my anxious state. Hiring Greta and her team was some of the best money we spent on our wedding.

    Greta and her team are the absolute best! From supporting us as we decided what type of wedding we wanted, to helping us execute our vision, Nova Events was the perfect partner throughout the entire planning process. Greta gave us the support we needed while we designed our dream wedding and helped us hone in on what was important to us. She also gave us the nudge we needed to make certain decisions while also keeping us in check! Even more, the Nova crew spoke directly with vendors when it became necessary, made themselves available any time, and were with us throughout our wedding day to make sure things ran smoothly. We couldn't have asked for a better team!
