I’m not even sure where to begin to describe how amazing Events by McKenna is at what they do!! McKenna is the most kind, helpful, and enthusiastic person to assist you during such an important time in your life. She made sure everything went perfectly on our wedding day and every day leading up to it! When we first started our wedding planning journey, we only knew where we wanted to have it, and due to the venue location not regularly being used for weddings, we needed to outsource vendors for everything. That's where McKenna came in and helped us out by hand-picking every vendor that she knew would provide the exact things we were looking for. From catering, florals, furniture rentals, DJ, and all the little details, she knew who would be perfect for the job and she was right about every single one! Every time we had a question or a crazy idea, she had an answer right away and she would do everything she could to make it happen. One thing that we were really hoping for was getting a disco ball above our dance floor, but since we were outdoors, it wasn’t looking promising. McKenna was the one who made sure that we got our disco ball, and it was absolutely perfect! That’s just one example of the many ways McKenna ensured our dream wedding would become a reality. On the day of, McKenna and her team were so efficient and handled everything so that my husband and I could relax and focus on ourselves. We got to our venue and everything was already done and ready to start the day! McKenna was amazing at time management throughout the day, and she was so helpful to not only us, but our families, wedding party and guests as well. Everything went perfectly on schedule and all the crazy ideas that we had came to life with no issues! It was truly the best day of our lives and it wouldn’t have been possible without McKenna’s help! I could write so much more on how incredible Events by McKenna is, but to sum it all up, they are the best choice for your wedding planning and coordinating needs and you will not regret choosing them for your big day!!

I am sooooo happy we went with Events By Mckenna. Mckenna and Sam were so wonderful, so full of knowledge. they both were always available to answer any of our questions/comments/concerns. Sam was our day of coordinator and the day literally would no have happened without her. Nothing went wrong (or if it did, Sam handled it cause we had no idea.) I honestly do not have a negative thing to say about working with Events By Mckenna. Make your wedding day that much easier and book with Events by Mckenna!!

When I began my search for a wedding coordinator I knew I needed someone who was organized, patient, kind, and communicative and McKenna was definitely that and more! From our first initial phone call she was incredibly nice and just enthusiastic. I could immediately tell she loved her line of work which really mattered to me because it meant she took her job seriously as well. Our wedding venue unfortunately closed super last minute and McKenna jumped on it and helped my husband and I search for a different venue without hesitation and in such a short amount of time. She helped tremendously in a time where I was seriously stressing out. McKenna has a super sweet and calming demeanor and I seriously can't think of a better person to help out with our wedding or anyone else's wedding. BOOK HER, you will not regret it. We certainly did not!

It was truly such a pleasure working with McKenna leading up to our wedding. She was always on top of everything and the day of coordination on her apart was exceptional. She was always happy, fun, professional, and excited to meet with us and I felt so taken care of on the day of the wedding. We couldn’t have chosen a better planner to work with. I’d recommend her to all of my friends if they weren’t already married!
