This will be long because they report reviews to try and get them removed: Save yourself the stress and do not book with this company. In the beginning communication was great, they partner with photographers who then work with your event. We got a “free” engagement shoot with our package. Our photographer for engagement shoot was Amazing! However, when it came to our wedding it was all down hill. We were a month out from the wedding and I reached out to our engagement photographer who told us Joy Photo did not book him. This is frustrating because I reached out and asked they said they will find out. I then got a message the next day saying he could do our wedding. I then reached out to the company because I had NO INFO about photographers, videographers or anything. They told me I would hear from them a month before. (We were already less than a month before..yikes) I was then told they will look into it.. they told me to fill out a time line form, they originally sent one a year ago I filled that out but it was deleted and they wanted me to fill out a new one. I received it May 12th and sent to them May 18, all that it requested was location details and ceremony start time( all of which they already had). Because my timeline was “late” it was my fault that I did not have a photographer. when they finally gave me one of photographers info I could not get a hold of her for a week! And I still was not assigned a second photographer. two photographers that have never worked together! I was told on our original phone call that team members would know each other and plan accordingly. The videographer(content creator according to Instagram) showed me 1 wedding video that was poorly done and he scheduled an “interview” and never showed up. I tried getting in contact with company to voice my concerns and the only way to get a hold of someone is by scheduling a phone call. They always ended up with I’ll look into that. I was at my breaking point and I left a poor review and I finally got a response from them at 11:00 at night, asking me to take my review down or to cancel services. We cancelled services and only got 50% of our FULL AMOUNT PAID. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. I am more than happy to pay for our engagement shoot and photos however for them to keep half of our total is ridiculous. We had to find a photographer and videographer 12 Days before our wedding. It was an absolute Nightmare.
