    Joy Photo and Video provided extremely detailed and thorough photography services for our wedding day. Our photographer, Roberto, was amazing to work with. He took a significant amount of time carefully arranging us and our guests in the group photos to ensure everything looked perfect. Roberto spent a lot of time adjusting the lighting, my veil, and my dress to capture the best possible shots. He was incredibly sweet, professional, and clearly very experienced. I'm thrilled with the results and highly recommend Joy Photo and Video to any couples planning their wedding.

    I had the pleasure of having Inna as my photographer & Verve as my videographer capturing my special day in NY. They were such a pleasure to work with and super kind. They would help me fix my veil and dress to get the perfect shots. They were so kind and patient with my groom and I and as well as our guests. They were professional and made me feel so at ease on such a happy day filled with excitement. From the start they have lots of communication with a person via zoom and the phone. I had the pleasure of having someone help me create a realistic timeline for the photographer and videographer. They are very thorough and are quickly to answer any questions. I’ve had a great experience.

    Charles & Daniel were the best. They walked me through everything little detail on what we needed to do for photos and video. Daniel would let us know if we needed to do it again just soo they could capture the moment. They were also very patient with my big family asking to take certain pictures during the reception

    We booked Joy Photo and Video back in 2023, so we had to wait a little while to hear about the next steps, but once we did, the communication was great. We ended up with multiple amazing photographers and a videographer who were all very kind and communicated efficiently. The nicest people were the photographers and videographer that supported us - they laughed with us and were really integrated into our special day. Based on the few photos our amazing photographers showed us, we can't wait to see what else they captured! We loved our experience with Joy Photo and Video.
