Founder, Lead Planner & Designer

I'm Morgan, the founder, planner, and designer behind MVW Events — a luxury wedding planning and design studio specializing in multicultural celebrations, multi-day events, and destination weddings. With a Master's in Event Management from NYU, a Master's in Education from UCLA, and over eleven years of experience, I bring creative vision and operational rigor to every wedding. Based in New York, I plan weddings across the US, Mexico, and Europe.

I have a particular love for multicultural and fusion celebrations — the layering of traditions, the intentional details, the moments that make every family feel seen. I only take one wedding per weekend so my full attention is always on you. I've lived and studied in Florence and Bologna, speak Italian, and have a deep personal connection to Italy that informs my European destination practice. No two weddings I plan are ever alike — and that's exactly how I like it.

    MVW is your DREAM Wedding Planner!

    From our first conversation with Morgan at MVW Events, we knew we had found the right planner for our vision. She listened to every detail of what we wanted for our three-day multicultural wedding weekend and turned it into reality, even though we only had less than a year to plan. Morgan introduced us to top-tier vendors and negotiated contracts that fit our budget perfectly, then stayed on top of every task—big and small—until our wedding day arrived. Her team's execution was flawless, and the weekend exceeded everything we had imagined.     Dream to work with!

    Working with Morgan was truly an absolute dream from start to finish! From our very first interaction, it was clear that she is not only incredibly talented and organized but also genuinely cares about creating an exceptional experience for everyone involved. She went above and beyond to ensure we had all the information we needed to deliver exactly what the bride and groom envisioned for their big day at Santa Rosa Golf & Country Club. Her communication was top-notch; always friendly, professional, and prompt. She kept us updated every step of the way and made sure that details flowed seamlessly between the couple, the caterer, and every other vendor involved. It’s rare to find someone so attentive and proactive, and she made what can often be a complex process feel completely effortless. What really stood out to us was how organized she was. Every timeline, layout, and piece of information was presented clearly and thoughtfully, which made coordinating on our end so smooth and stress-free. She always approached everything with a calm, positive attitude, even when last-minute changes popped up (as they always do with weddings!).     Working with Morgan was a DREAM

    We truly hit the jackpot with having Morgan as our wedding planner. From day one, she went above and beyond to take care of us. She helped us plan the most gorgeous and stunning fusion Indian and Swiss wedding, handling every detail such care and expertise. She helped secure hotel room blocks, negotiated rates for us, coordinated our welcome party, and so so much more. She made the entire process feel seamless!!!! When a last-minute emergency popped up, she handled it so smoothly we didn’t even have time to realize there was an issue. Every single step of the way, we felt supported and knew Morgan had our back and would make our wedding day so magical. Not to mention, on our wedding day we had so many guests fall in love with Morgan's energy!! If you are looking for a planner or coordinator for your wedding, Morgan is your girl.     Flawless Event Planning – Morgan is the Best!

    We couldn’t have asked for a better event planner than Morgan! She went above and beyond to make my wife’s birthday celebration absolutely perfect. From the start, she found the ideal venue and even arranged a wonderful dinner for our out-of-town guests beforehand. She thought of every detail, making the entire process stress-free and enjoyable. On the day of the event, Morgan was truly indispensable. She coordinated the flawless delivery of a stunning cake, decorated the venue beautifully, and ensured everything ran smoothly from start to finish. I only take one wedding per weekend. I work to ensure my couples feel cared for and that all my attention is on them for this monumental moment in their lives, which for me means blocking out that weekend.
Yes, I love traveling! I've lived in Italy for a year, and currently try to make it to Europe 1-2x a year minimum. If you're getting married abroad don't let that stop us from working together. My global entry is ready for you!
Yes! I love planning events and am happy to plan showers, rehearsal dinners/welcome parties, and even bachelor(ette) parties.
You'll primarily be working with me until your wedding weekend/event. At your event, there will always be at least one additional coordinator to ensure that everything goes swimmingly.
