Organized Wedding BFF
Elizabeth and her assistant (Josh) were a MUCH needed addition to our wedding weekend! She delivered beyond expectations. Always prompt, helpful, and a guiding hand I would wholeheartedly recommend her as a coordinator. Without her I would have lost my mind. She went above and beyond in every way, supported and offered creative ideas (in line with budget) , and was so generous with her time. Truly a joy to work with. The wedding BFF every bride deserves!

I don’t think words can truly capture how phenomenal Elizabeth Treimanis Events was in bringing our wedding to life. If you’re considering working with her, let this be your sign to book her immediately—you’ll be so glad you did! We opted for the month-of coordination package, and Elizabeth exceeded every expectation, turning what could have been a stressful time into an enjoyable and seamless experience. From the start, Elizabeth demonstrated her dedication and expertise. She proactively reached out with detailed calls and task lists, ensuring we were on track leading up to the big day. She even joined us for walk-throughs at both our church and reception venue, offering invaluable advice and insights to help finalize every detail. Elizabeth’s creativity was unmatched—she shared ideas we would have never thought of, like earplugs for guests with sensitive ears, catering options for the wedding party during prep, and must-have shots for the photography list. These thoughtful touches made a world of difference. Elizabeth’s organizational skills are unparalleled. She created a comprehensive Google Drive folder for us, meticulously compiling vendor contracts, custom timelines, and an emergency kit checklist. She even collaborated with our hair and makeup artist to craft a flawless schedule for our wedding morning, which included 18 people getting ready. Her attention to detail was a lifesaver, and her preparation ensured nothing slipped through the cracks. On the wedding day, Elizabeth and Josh were absolute rockstars. They brought a calm, confident presence that kept everything running smoothly. From last-minute decision-making to executing our somewhat elaborate tablescape for 220 guests (complete with place cards, matches, and handwritten notes), greeting all of our vendors, and guiding guests from the ceremony to the reception – they handled it all with grace and precision. Elizabeth and Josh’s professionalism, warmth, and capability made them an indispensable part of our wedding. We feel so fortunate to have had them by our side. If you’re looking for someone to bring your dream wedding to life while putting your mind completely at ease, look no further. Elizabeth Treimanis Events is a treasure, and we couldn’t recommend her more highly.
Phenomenal
As a "Type A" bride with a million ideas, countless DIY plans to execute, and 10 independent vendors to wrangle, I felt so at ease working with Elizabeth. She was a GODSEND as a day of coordinator! From the very start, Elizabeth's communication style and organizational skills set her apart from other vendors. Elizabeth helped us craft a master schedule and ensured my vendors were all on the same page. She was professional, experienced, and meticulous. She worked gracefully and seamlessly through any unexpected hitches in my elaborate plans. And in doing so, saved me from any bridezilla moments. Elizabeth did a phenomenal job in arranging my extensive array of wedding decor and completely transformed my venue. She saw my vision through into reality!!! On top of that, she packaged and delivered everything to my home the next day in perfect condition, which made the end of the night stress-free for me. Elizabeth and Josh are the wedding pros: from bustling my dress to materializing eyelash glue to making sure my husband and I were well fed, to finding the 8 strongest guests at our wedding for a hora, there was truly no task too big or too small for this duo. My family and friends were so impressed that we kept thinking back to how awesome Elizabeth was -- I got so many questions and messages about her afterward! I could go on and on, but reader, I recommend that you see the magic yourself. If you want to actually enjoy, remember, and savour your wedding day, hire Elizabeth!!!
