Justine is the Best!!!!!
I hired Justine after planning my wedding and realizing that I couldn’t possibly do everything myself on my wedding day (even with a provided venue coordinator). From our first meeting Justine was ON THE BALL! It was clear from the questions she asked that she has so much experience; she was already concerned about things that I never would have considered. The day of the wedding she arrived and started checking things off the to-do list and I didn’t even know, which was the whole idea! I wanted desperately to not worry about the details and have someone else take care of it all, and she did that and more for us. I know it feels like hiring a planner or coordinator when you’ve already done a lot of it yourself is a waste of money but I promise you - let this be your sign to do it. You will not regret hiring Justine!!!!
Seamless wedding day thanks to Justine
Justine was an absolute pleasure to work with as the party planner for Margaret and Amira’s wedding at a beautiful museum in Morristown New Jersey. From our first communication through the end of the night, she was incredibly dedicated, professional and clearly passionate about what she does. As a photographer, I really appreciated how well she coordinated the timeline and vendors while still keeping the atmosphere relaxed and joyful for the couple and their guests. She was always one step ahead, handled any last minute details calmly, and never hesitated to go the extra mile to make sure everything looked perfect and ran smoothly. I would be very happy to work with Justine again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a planner who truly cares about her clients and the final result.
Kind, grounded, and thorough
Hiring Justine from Mills Memories was one of the very best decisions we made for our weekend-long, camp-themed wedding. She brought such a calming, grounded presence to what could have been a chaotic planning process. From our first conversation, she helped us focus on the things that truly mattered and reassured us about the things we didn’t need to worry about. Justine was super flexible and was able to come help us a day early (staying overnight from Friday through Saturday) and thank goodness she did. In all of our interactions, she was tuned into our vision, asked thoughtful questions, and never once pushed her own ideas. Instead, she helped us bring our version of the weekend to life. She has an incredible mind for logistics, including very practical safety considerations we would’ve never thought of ourselves. She saved us money with simple, smart suggestions, and helped everything run smoothly so we could actually relax and enjoy our guests. My only regret is not starting to work with her sooner. If you want someone who is calm, capable, kind, and truly invested in helping you create the wedding you imagined, we cannot recommend Justine enough.

Hiring Justine as our “month of” coordinator was SUCH a phenomenal choice. I spent the the day of my wedding completely immersed with my friends, family, and husband. No one asked me a single question, Justine checked in with me to make sure I had everything I needed but she never intruded, I never saw her sweat, and I never knew anything was amiss. I only know that she put out about twelve metaphorical fires because my best friend spilled the secrets a few days later. Justine is diplomatic, serene, and a true professional. She won’t tell you what to do, but if you tell her what you want she will make your dreams come true.
