You make the plans, we make them happen on the Day Of

The Day Of Company offers Day Of Coordination for couples who have made (or are in the process of making) all of the plans for their wedding but would like a professional Coordinator (who also happens to be incredibly pleasant to work with) there that day to ensure those plans come together. From steaming dresses & garments to managing vendors (without being bossy) to answering questions from anyone and everyone to wrangling people for photos or transportation and so much more – we make sure all of the moving parts are managed, setup is executed, logistics are handled, items are placed and our clients & their families are enjoying the day.

We don't offer full service wedding planning - just the Day Of. Our clients make their plans and we make them happen. The Day Of offers a straightforward service at a fair price. We're flexible, easy to work with, and on top of every detail. While our focus is executing your plans and details on the Day Of, we are involved during the lead-up and would be happy to share more detail on our process.

    Joanna and the Day Of Company were such an incredible resource to help get us organized and make sure we were keeping track of everything we needed to on the lead-up to the wedding! We also worked with Svetlana on our wedding day, who was truly the best -- she solved every little problem we had and was such a delightful person to work with. They really helped make the process feel so stress free, I'd strongly recommend them to anyone.

    We are so lucky to have worked with Joanna Solazzo Fertig and the Day Of Company. Joanna was incredible and helped to make the wedding day so seamless. She was so kind and on top of every single detail leading up to the wedding day. Her organizational skills are unparalleled. On the day of, we had the great pleasure of working with Gabrielle. Gabrielle was AMAZING. I could not have asked for a better person to be coordinating this day. She was extremely kind, organized, and made all of us feel so at ease. She was 10 steps ahead of everyone and was always right there when we needed her. The wedding would not have been the same without Joanna and Gabrielle. I can't imagine a DayOf without this incredible team.

    Joanna was incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. The spreadsheet she puts together for the Day Of is worth gold and made us feel so confident that our wedding day was going to run smoothly. Every vendor commented how she was on top of every detail.     I cannot recommend Joanna and her team more for day of wedding coordination. From the tools and detailed planning Joanna provided to us in advance, to the on the ground support and execution on the actual wedding, her team made all the details of our event run extremely smoothly.
