Description

With the Elopement/Microwedding package, I provide additional services tailored to your intimate celebration. Beyond handling travel logistics, I assist with venue recommendations and securing unique & romantic settings for your ceremony. I also coordinate exclusive experiences, manage guest accommodations for your attendees, and organize transportation, ensuring every detail is expertly taken care of for a seamless and memorable day.

With the Destination Wedding package, I will provide hotel recommendations from anywhere in the world, handle all bookings, negotiations and communication with the hotels, review contracts, and manage bookings for both you and your guests. In addition to accommodations, I will also assist with all transportation arrangements.

With the Partial Planning package, I will manage every detail of accommodation arrangements for you and your guests.

    My husband and I came into our Cape Town wedding accommodation planning blindly so, we had lots of questions for Sophie and she seamlessly allowed us to understand the process of planning for our group. Therefore, we placed all the travel plans in her hands and she exceeded our expectations. We were booked at The Twelve Apostles Hotel, a marvelous gem that was beyond what my husband and I anticipated. Upon our arrival the lovely staff greeted us with our welcome gift bags that Sophie curated for the group, once we entered our room we were pleasantly surprised by the impeccably crafted desert, champagne and card she arranged which sat on our table waiting for us to enjoy. Our wedding group were 10 rooms and all our guests were delighted with their gift bags and accommodations, the weekend we had was vastly enjoyable for everyone from the hotel to our beach wedding to the after party. Sophie was extremely pivotal in creating a lasting memory for my husband and I that will always be cherished. Sophie is now apart of our family and we will recommend her to anyone planning destination wedding travels.

    I had the pleasure of working with Sophie with my travel arrangements for my wedding in South Florida, and she was nothing short of amazing. From securing luxurious accommodations for ourselves and our guests to coordinating seamless transportation between multiple locations, Sophie took all of the stress off of our shoulders. Her local knowledge of Miami, etc. was invaluable—she recommended a beautiful boutique hotel and many hidden gems for our honeymoon to boot.
