Event planning can be a daunting task for those who have not done it, but EventJoy is here to help! We are an event planning firm that manages the end to end event planning, month-of coordination and day-of coordination for weddings and wedding-related events.

The Best Coordinator We Could Have Asked For
We absolutely loved working with Stephanie! She made everything about our wedding day run flawlessly. She was incredibly organized, prepared, and on top of every detail from start to finish. Not only did she handle our wedding day, but she also flawlessly coordinated our welcome party the night before and our rehearsal with the entire wedding party. Leading up to the big day, we met with her several times to walk through every detail, and she even created a full binder with everything we could possibly need. Her professionalism made the entire experience stress-free.
Our Savior!
Stephanie truly was our savior when it came to our wedding day! She stepped in and took care of virtually everything, leaving us stress free leading up to our special day. If you are thinking of booking a day of coordinator for ANY event, Stephanie is your girl. We will forever sing her praises and cannot recommend her enough!

My makeup artist told me to hire Stephanie for our engagement party, and I am so glad we did. I’m naturally a planner, but I knew I needed someone to help execute — and Stephanie was truly everything we needed and more. From the start, she brought a sense of calm, structure, and support. She joined our walkthrough, handled all the final emails with vendors in the two weeks leading up to the party, and made sure every detail came together seamlessly. On the day of, she picked up all our décor that morning, set everything up so efficiently, kept the event running smoothly, and packed it all back up and brought it to our home. I didn’t have to worry about a single thing. She allowed us to be fully present for such a meaningful moment in our lives. I cannot imagine that day without her — and I genuinely cannot recommend her enough.

Stephanie is amazing at what she does. I’m not sure what we would’ve done without her . She is incredibly communicative with the couple, vendors, and venue.
