My couples are adventurous, mindful, inspired by nature. They value meaningful experiences, quality time and creating lasting memories, often opting for thoughtful details over glamorous and lavish trends, excessively advertised in the industry.

I focus on mindful budgeting and helping couples create their dream day by prioritizing what matters the most to each of them. I will only be suggesting and offering you services or advice that is right for you and your vision as transparency is my main goal in helping couples.

    We truly cannot say enough amazing things about Anastasia. From the moment she stepped in as our day-of wedding planner, she made us feel completely supported, organized, and stress-free.     Working with Anastasia was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. From the moment she arrived, she brought such a calm, grounded presence to what could have otherwise been a very emotional and chaotic day. I am extremely detail-oriented and had invested a lot of energy into planning every aspect of the wedding, and Anastasia ended up being the exact complement I needed. Simply to ensure that everything runs smoothly on your wedding day! You don’t want to make your mother or Maid of honor to be the one working on such a special day, you want them to enjoy every moment with you! Wedding coordinator also helps you to not stress in the weeks and months prior to the Big Day. I hear this all the time from my brides about how they freaking out about forgetting something or just not feeling confident that they have everything under control!
We can always jump on a quick call to determine what is your current progress and what service would be the best match for you!
I will order or rent decor items from different vendors/ stores depending on your budget and vision and will provide day of set-up/ breakdown. As for the florals, there is an option to work with one of my favorite local florists for more elaborate creations or I can provide floral set-up for more simple and minimalistic, affordable solutions. ( subject to additional cost price)
1. Sourcing your venue/ restaurant/ location for the ceremony 2. Suggesting officiant, photographer, florals, any additional needed vendors(MUA/hair). Working closely with your photographer to create your vision. 3. Securing accommodations and transportation 4.Arranging any travels 5.Day of support *Traveling to location/stay at the location is not included - traveling is paid by the couple.*
