Our goal is to provide you with an elegant planning experience that showcases your timeless love story through a seamless wedding day. Description

This package includes comprehensive event planning and design starting with budget analysis and venue selection to tablescapes and floor plans with everything in between. We'll guide you every step of the way to ensure your unique wedding day vision comes to life. We give couples and their families the confidence to ensure every detail throughout the entire planning process is taken care of.

Our partial package starts further along the planning phase and compliments what you have already accomplished. Services start six to eight months before your wedding and go beyond day-of coordination. Partial Wedding Planning offers tailored assistance where you need it most.

Our job is to step in and coordinate any of the final details and manage all of the logistics for your event, leaving you to enjoy the last moments before you walk down the aisle. We will work with you up to two months before the wedding and will provide complete event management and day-of coordination. The team will handle timeline creation, have a walkthrough at your venue and confirm every detail with all your vendors.

    Working with Alex was an absolute pleasure from start to finish. As a type A bride, I was reluctant to hand things over, but working with Alex was the best decision for our wedding. She was patient, concise, creative, and on top of just about everything. She made sure all of our vendors were aligned the month/day of, went above and beyond to help us decorate so we could save costs on florists, and made sure to check up on us throughout the entire process. We are so grateful to her and HIGHLY recommend working with her for your wedding! Absolutely loved her.

    I am a wedding videographer, and have had the chance to work with Alexandra multiple times now on a few different weddings. She has kept everything professional while still being so down to earth. Whether it is making sure the timeline stays in order, or just having some fun with us vendors, it is always a great time.     We loved working with Alex for our wedding. We hired her as our day of coordinator, but she made herself readily available for any questions, concerns and recommendations throughout the year leading up to our wedding. She was extremely organized and made us feel reassured about every decision we were making. We unfortunately had a major family loss 2 months prior to our day, and Alex was there every step of the way offering support personally and professionally, and ensured us that she had everything under control while we spent time with family. The day of, her and her assistant were on top of any issues that arose and were attentive to our needs. Having her and the team there allowed us to enjoy our day. Thanks for all the help Alex!

    I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Je Taime and hiring Alex as my coordinator. Alex was amazing from start to finish! I wasn't sure if I truly needed a coordinator but hiring Alex was one of the best decisions I made in the wedding planning process. Alex was so helpful, kind, and detail-oriented, which is exactly what I was hoping for. I knew it was a match when she told me she actually got married at the same venue.
