Hello beautiful! My name is Natalie Padovano and I’m a wedding and event coordinator with years of experience of planning special moments. I pride myself on creating a personal relationship with each client in order to make their event as unique and special as they are. My goal as your planner is to ensure that weeks leading up to your event is exciting and fun! Wedding planning does not have to be stressful when you have the right team of vendors by your side that have your best interest at heart.     We used Natalie’s Day of Coordinator services and received so much more than expected! She is not only with you the day of, but also has multiple meetings with you leading up to your wedding. She helps plan a timeline and gets you thinking about details you probably never thought about but will need to know. If you ever have any random questions, she is quick to respond and help! She is experienced in the NJ area and it was great since she knew some of our vendors and was familiar with our venue. Natalie maintains the perfect balance of professionalism and friendship. She gets the job done flawlessly while also making you feel comfortable and like she has been a friend to you for years. Choosing her was one of the best decisions we could have made for our wedding and would recommend her every single time.

    Natalie and Joanna are THE BEST! I cannot say enough amazing things about them. Natalie was my most attentive and detail oriented wedding vendor. She helped ease my wedding planning anxiety starting 4 months before my wedding all the way until the final hours of my big day. Not only were they attentive to me as a bride and made sure everything ran smoothly, but took care of my bridal party and made sure they had everything they needed. My day was so special and perfect because of all their hard work.

    Where to begin.. If you are unsure if you should hire a Wedding Coordinator, take this as a sign that you MUST. Natalie is nothing short of an angel sent from God himself. My daughter and her fiance were affected by the Art Factory abruptly closing less than 2 weeks before their wedding. Natalie was there with us through the entire process and once we had a moment to digest what was happening, Natalie dove right in and started e-mailing vendors in the area to help them find a place that still met their vision which was not a typical ballroom wedding. Natalie's professionalism and her ability to move and make things happen is your next sign to hire her immediately!! I can go on and on and on, but you will not regret hiring Natalie. Thank you Natalie for being you - Rosa and Devon's superstar! You truly are MIGHTY!
