When I began my business over 20 years ago, I made a conscious decision to stand apart from other planners. I wanted to be available, tuned in and ready for anything. I bring a unique skillset, a dedication and a very personal approach to my business. I do not offer packages, instead giving to each couple whatever they need from me- my time, my expertise, my network. Your wedding is my top priority! And, I resolve to make every wedding a smashing success. With a 30+ year background in hospitality and events, you won't find a planner with more knowledge or experience. I have traveled the East Coast making magic- Let's Make Yours!

A step above the crowd. A personal assistant to the busy couple in planning the most spectacular wedding. I do not limit your access to me. I really do not have packages. I do whatever is needed to create the perfect wedding. I can help a DIY couple on a budget or a couple with no budget restraints. From planning the whole day to being there to support and navigate the process. And, being there for the entire day of to ensure a perfect day. I have a diverse background in food, events, bridal and floral. There isn't much I can't do.

    I cannot begin to express my deep gratitude for Wendy throughout the entire wedding planning process. She navigated my husband and I living halfway across the country from our Philadelphia wedding and managed to keep all necessary parties in the loop without having to ask for anything. She kept both of our families calm and got rid of all wedding-planning anxieties that arose. She seamlessly rescheduled all decoration/alcohol drop-off to the venue when the Eagles Super Bowl derailed our plans. She spent the entire day at the venue to ensure all flowers were delivered on time and that we could drive our decorations down in the afternoon. Wendy handled all unexpected issues with grace and shielded us from any extra stress throughout our wedding weekend. I only had pieces of a vision for the ceremony and venue decorations, food, and flow of the events. Wendy expanded on these ideas and brought them to life in ways I couldn't have even imagined. Her relentless dedication to making sure we had everything we wanted, making sure everything went according to plan (or pivoted when necessary!), and her attention to detail led to an even more phenomenal wedding than we could have ever asked for. Her genuine care for us and for our families meant the world to us, and we feel truly fortunate to have met her and have her in our lives.

    Working with Wendy at Angel of Hearts Weddings and Events was an absolute pleasure. Her communication style was clear, direct, and friendly throughout the entire planning process. The quality of her work was excellent - she created an amazing, beautiful atmosphere for our daughter's winter wedding. Wendy was always available to us and answered all of our questions, big or small, in a timely manner. She has an excellent sense of style and paid close attention to every detail, even when circumstances beyond her control arose. We are so grateful for the warm, welcoming environment she helped create for the couple's special day. We couldn't have asked for a better wedding planning experience.

    Working with Wendy this past year was nothing short of wonderful. From our first phone call I knew I was in the best of hands! I struggle asking for help and would quite literally do everything myself if I was able to - Wendy sensed my anxiety right away and immediately put my mind at ease. I think we spent almost 2 hours on the phone during our first chat, and within a week she had curated a list of vendors that made our day a dream come true! Wendy hit the ground running and became the liaison and point person between myself and the vendors - from contract changes, to finalizing details, Wendy was on it. I truly cannot thank Wendy enough for her kindness, dedication, and hard work! She went above and beyond the day of my wedding to ensure everything went smoothly and lived up to my vision. I know understand when brides say, it was the best day ever!

    Wendy was literally a life saver. I won my wedding and had 3 months to plan. Between my fiance living away the whole time, me working and going full time grad school, and my psychotic family, she absolutely was my angel. She took the time to get to know ME and knew I was so unorganized due to the time frame. She took care of everything, down to allergy accommodations. She helped me deal with the stress of my family, she never left my side the whole time. She is the most empathetic, honest, patient, and hard working person in her industry. She blew my mind with what she accomplished that I didn’t even know needed to happen. I will never forget what she did for me that day, and how she made it look so effortless even when I was the worst bride! Her attention to detail is absolutely unmatched. My wedding truly would not have happened without Wendy. I am forever connected and grateful for her passion, compassion and work ethic.
