The house was the most prominent residence in Fayetteville for many years and has been restored to its former glory to provide the perfect event venue. Every detail of this stunning estate has been designed with your event in mind. We offer 192 acres of breathtaking views, a newly renovated 5,000 square foot estate house, a fully enclosed 4,000 square foot pavilion that can accommodate up to 200 guests, a commercial kitchen with an in-house caterer and a fully stocked bar. Originally built in 1923, this historic estate features a mansion which serves as the restaurant. The converted stable serves as the pub. The restaurant is grand, yet intimate while the pub is authentic and ruddy, both serving amazing cuisine and drink and a truly unique experience. The estate also boasts a newer ballroom able to accommodate 250 guests. The Venetian Ballroom offers full-service catering, decorative rentals, custom installations & event planning.

The home was built (around 1790) to take advantage of the view. A historic site of both Revolutionary and Civil War events involving battles for the Potomac Ford, a dam, and an old mill.
