The Barn at Woodridge is a family-owned wedding venue in Sistersville, West Virginia. They have been welcoming happy couples and their guests since 2015. The LODGE is our latest addition, which includes 14 studio hotel rooms and 16 suites. All spacious suites are equipped with kitchens and have the ability to adjoin to a studio for families or larger parties. Half of the suites are western views with balconies. We can host any event up to 150 guests. The house is 3,000 sq ft with large kitchen. The house is easy to divide for day-of preparation, each side has access to a full sized bathroom. There’s an event level restroom for guests. No vendor restrictions. Our current wedding package starts at $4,500 and includes use of house, barn and grounds for the weekend and includes chairs, tables and table cloths. We also have coordination and all inclusive packages. We have off-season (KISS $1,000-$1,500) and small event (less than 30 guests approx $500) options as well.

Listed on the National Register of Historic Places, The Carriage House was built in 1908 as part of the Watson family estate called High Gate. It was designed by Horace Trumbauer, architect of The Biltmore Estate. Your wedding will have the elegance of a by-gone era. The elements of character show through with a terra cotta roof and verdigris copper accents that are trademarks of the Tudor Revival Style architecture. The event can be held inside the Carriage House with up to 135 guests or under the high-peaked tent in the garden that can accommodate up to 260 guests.

The home was built (around 1790) to take advantage of the view. A historic site of both Revolutionary and Civil War events involving battles for the Potomac Ford, a dam, and an old mill.
