The focal point of these gardens is the giant mesquite tree that draws attention to the ceremony area. Towering date palms provide ample shade for the ceremony lawn with an Old-World iron cupola and carved stone altar. Your guests will be wowed by the embellished stone staircase where you’ll make your grand entrance.

The Manor

Extravagant historic manor with exceptional gardens featuring new-world flora

Built in 1929 by Walter Strong as a family estate to share with his wife, Blythe. Expense was no object as the owners curated the best of 1920-period features and employed expert architects to create a mansion in the popular Spanish Colonial Revival style. Highpoints of this attention to detail include hand-stamped tiles, timeless décor, ornate fireplaces, a grand staircase, and a stunning balcony.

Easiest planning process, most beautiful venue, and the best vendors & staff!!! Secret Garden was a bit higher than our original budget, but it was 100% worth every penny. We planned our wedding from out of state, and actually booked our date without even seeing the venue! But it was a breeze working with the SG team; we never felt overwhelmed especially with the planning binder they mailed us. All planning details, vendors, payments, zoom calls, EVERYTHING was so easy and organized. There were moments where we forgot we had a wedding coming up because Secret Garden staff took all the stress off us. Rehearsal was a breeze, then our wedding day was so beautiful and ran so smoothly!! The staff (especially our day-of coordinator Stephanie) made sure we all had everything we needed and more- they even surprised us with a framed photo of me and my new hubby on our sweetheart table!!! They must have secretly snapped a pic while we were walking down the aisle and quickly printed. The little details like that really made our day perfect. The house & outdoor venue beauty speak for themself, and our guests raved to us about the ceremony space, delicious food & dinner under the stars as well as loving the indoor-outdoor setting. I wish I could give 10000/5 stars THANK YOU SECRET GARDEN

The Secret Garden by Wedgewood Weddings was the perfect venue for our special day. From the moment we toured the space, we knew it was the one - the stunning, private, and impressive grounds were exactly what we envisioned. Wedgewood Weddings' communication was seamless, as they were there for us every step of the way, providing immaculate service, helpful guidance, and incredible vendor recommendations. The food was phenomenal, with our guests still raving about it, and the bar service was top-notch. As a package deal, Wedgewood Weddings truly provided us with everything we needed, from the cake and DJ to the day-of coordinator, flowers, linens, and even easels. We couldn't have asked for a better experience, and we are so grateful to the team at Secret Garden by Wedgewood Weddings for making our wedding day truly unforgettable.

Secret Garden made our wedding planning process a dream! Everything was so smooth, organized, and their planning support team was always there to answer any questions that me and my now husband had along the way. The team at Secret Garden by Wedgewood Weddings was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. Their communication was quick, easy, kind, and efficient, making the planning process a breeze. The quality of their work and the value they provided was truly stunning - the venue was clean, beautiful, and cozy, creating the perfect backdrop for our special day. One of our favorite memories was the personalized photo they took of us right after the ceremony - which our planner (Sydney) then framed and wrote a beautiful note and put it on our sweetheart table, capturing a moment we will cherish forever.
