We offer one of the most unique places in Arizona to have your ceremony. The Arizona sunset behind our grove of pecan trees creates a stunning backdrop unlike any other location. It is truly straight out of a dream. We specialize in customizable All-Inclusive Packages, so we include your catering, photography, DJ, cake, personal florals, and much more. Our team understands how overwhelming the planning process can be and the importance of your special day, so we have created these packages to help plan your day from start to finish. Amazing team and venue!!
Our wedding on 11/3/24 was truly magical, and we cannot say enough wonderful things about Venue at the Grove and our amazing coordinators, Alyssa and Stephanie! Planning a wedding from another state was something I was initially worried about, but Alyssa made the entire process so much easier. She was incredibly responsive and answered all of my questions, no matter how big or small, with such patience and care as we got closer to the big day. Alyssa and Stephanie were both so attentive to every detail and worked with us every step of the way to ensure our wedding was everything we could have possibly dreamed of. On the day of the wedding, I truly felt like I was in the best hands. I couldn’t have asked for a more dedicated, organized, and thoughtful team to help bring our vision to life! A special shout-out also goes to Ben with Ensemble Catering, who was an absolute gem! Even though we had some rain that day, Ben went above and beyond, making sure the tables stayed dry and delivering us food while we were busy greeting guests. His energy and kindness truly made the day even more special. He was such a wonderful "hype man" and we can't thank him enough! The entire team at Venue at the Grove was exceptional. From the moment we arrived until the last song of the night, we felt completely taken care of. Our hearts were so full as we left our wedding, and we are beyond grateful for everything this amazing team did to make our day perfect. The Venue at the Grove team was AMAZING and made our day better than we ever could have hoped. When we were looking for venues, we wanted something that felt green, cozy, and exuded fall energy for our October wedding - we visited VatG and immediately knew that this was the best place for us. The team had all of our questions answered even before we asked them. Their organization and coordination skills were impeccable - we could tell from the beginning that we were able to trust their expertise to handle anything that came their way. There are clear processes and deadlines for decisions to be made, and they're so responsive to questions and updates over email. We were able to visit the venue several times during the year of our planning, and had calls and zooms with our coordinator, along with using their planning docs to share information. They made our wedding so EASY and so well executed - we got compliments ALL night from our guests. All of that is in addition to the incredibly beautiful venue space itself. The trees and lights made it feel like a fairytale. We loved that there were separate spaces for each portion of the night, but that transitions were easy and everyone knew where to go - it really maximized the fun and time with guests. We're so grateful to have worked with Alyssa and the team for our wedding. Pick them, you won't regret it!!!

My now husband and I had the most perfect wedding at Venue at the Grove. We fell in love with the venue when we went to their open house and booked it almost immediately. From the start the communication from VATG and the Olaya events team was perfect. We always knew what step was next. The venue has an awesome group of preferred vendors. We had Ben, our catering manager for Ensemble catering who went out of his way for us. Stephani, our day of coordinator was fantastic and was there for us every step of the way. Tony George, our photographer has to be one of the best photographers. He is a gem and a joy to work with and his work is perfect. Chad with All American DJ is such a great guy to work with! He kept us entertained and on the dance floor all night. He also has a great network for those looking for a little something extra for your wedding. He helped us book our live wedding painter, Kat with KM Fine Art Studio, who did such a great job with the painting of us on our wedding day. Sugarlips Cakery made a delicious cake for us, and it was stunning! Our florist, Patricia with Wild Child Floral Design gave us exactly what we were looking for with the florals. The rest of the VATG and Olaya staff kept our day on track, kept the bar stocked and kept us fed all night long. I would highly recommend checking out Venue at the Grove. It is stunning during the day, but at night with all of the lights on it's like you are stepping into a fairy tale. The venue is clean and classic with a modern and rustic fit in it.
