Every single part of our time at Stonebridge was so beautiful. The staff is so gracious and professional. Our coordinator, Riley, was an angel and made our day so special. The all inclusive element really makes planning so easy and you feel supported throughout the process. They are SO organized and answer your questions before you ask them. The food and drinks were awesome too. Like I was ready for it be just average, just cause most wedding food is, but it was actually so good!!! Also the vendors they work with are top tier. Every single person we worked with was great and I am so grateful.

If anyone is looking at having their wedding at a Wedgewood property, my husband and I would highly recommend it. 100/10 would recommend the Secret Garden location as the team we worked with was fabulous from start to finish. Beginning with just our tour of the venue, we had Huntyr who was so sweet and so helpful. She showed us the flow of things and helped us to envision ourselves getting married there. We knew the day we did the tour, that was our venue. From there, they helped us with planning the entire thing... We received a booklet that guided us through all our steps, when to meet with vendors, etc. Their recommended vendors // the vendors that were included in the Elite package were so excellent to work with!! (Janice at Blooming Bouquets and the team over at Piece of Cake -- wonderful!!). A few months out from the wedding, we were scheduled to have a big dinner / tasting with other couples getting married at the venue so it was fun chatting with the people around us all planning their weddings for around the same time ours would be happening. We got to see the setting / atmosphere of what the Hors-d'œuvres, cocktail hour, and dinner foods would be like.... It made it very easy for us to select all foods for the day of, as well as meet other vendors (hair/makeup, DJ, videographers, photographers, etc.). Wedgewood made planning the wedding a simplified task. We had our rehearsal the day before the wedding where our wedding coordinator had everything down (blessed to have Huntyr for our day! was a wish come true). She had everything down - showed everyone what they should be doing and where. I had a checklist prepared of points I wanted to cover and didn't even have to pull it out because our coordinator had hit every bullet I had noted without me even telling her a single bullet I had down. The day of the wedding was perfect ... the team over at Wedgewood had our suites organized and had champagne prepared for the ladies and beers for the boys in their suite too. Our coordinator alongside her support team ensured everything was set up for us and that we could just relax and enjoy the day / getting ready / and celebrating in general with our favorite people...... I woke up the morning of and told myself that if anything were to go wrong, that it was out of my control and to let it go..... but I literally cannot even explain how PERFECT our day was. Everything stayed on schedule, decor was set up beautifully, and the Wedgewood staff were there to assist with ANY needs along the way. The food was delicious, the staff for the event was so friendly and eager to help / ensure our day was magical. Overall, from start to finish, the team there made things easy, fun, and ensured our day was the BEST DAY EVER. Again - for anyone getting married, I would encourage you to look at Wedgewood properties, although their property, Secret Garden, forever holds that special place in my heart and would be my overall pick!

Their communication was friendly, open, and personal, which put us at ease throughout the entire wedding planning process. Since we were planning a destination wedding from 3 hours away, they took care of all the decor for us, which was simple yet elegant and really took that task off our plate. The transition from the ceremony setup to dinner was seamless, and all of the included vendors they work with - the DJ, cupcake baker, florist, and photographer - were incredible to collaborate with as well. The music was electric, the cupcakes were delicious, the food was amazing, the flowers were gorgeous, and the photography was truly fantastic. We just had our wedding on 2/9/24. Everything turned out amazing! Better than expected. Alissa, our day of coordinator was the best person to work with. She constantly checked on me, asking if I needed anything. The banquet captain was amazing as well. We had appetizers, cake, desserts, and drinks placed on our table for us. They really anticipated our every need. Weather was touch and go the week leading up to the wedding and our reception was planned for one of their outdoor spaces but they had several options should it rain and we wouldn't need to give an answer until a few hours before the start of the wedding. The space itself is beautiful. My favorite part is that their decor is already so nice that you don't really need extra stuff. My bank account thanks them for that haha. There is so much more I could say to rave about this place but then my review wouldn’t fit lol. Everything was perfect and if I had to do it all over again I would pick Lindsay Grove every time. I will add one more thing. A lot of reviews I’ve seen complained about not having the same event coordinator throughout the planning process, we got lucky and happened to have the same one which was really nice. However, since I had read reviews I was prepared to not have the same person and would have been ok with that. They take very detailed notes at each planning meeting and review them with you at the start of each meeting and again at the rehearsal so I don’t think it would have resulted in any issues. I truly have no complaints about how my wedding turned out. Lindsay Grove handled everything incredibly well and I hope this review helps convince you to choose them!

The team at Verde Canyon Railroad was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. Their communication was friendly, efficient, and easy, which made planning our special day a breeze. The value they provided was great, with a unique and memorable experience (and amazing photo opportunities). They worked with us to create a customized menu, an adorable welcome sign, and their staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming throughout the event. A special shout out to Ellen who arranged for us to do a “first look” on the train beforehand. Our guests have raved about what a one-of-a-kind wedding we had, and we credit a lot of that to the wonderful team at Verde Canyon Railroad, especially Ellen who was great to work with. We were not a small group —120 people— and they handled us with ease.

Where to begin? We are so happy we scouted out this venue when we did and we gate-kept it for as long as we could but nothing can stop an incredible place like this from getting popular. This is seriously THE spot to get married in Tucson. It has the authentic feel with a modern and classy edge that goes with any aesthetic. Did I mention the bridal and groom suites for getting ready? Unbelievably gorgeous and comfortable. Guests were obsessed with the vibe and the many photo ops throughout the space. David and his team, Rashid the DJ, Vince the bartender, Michelle with Atlas Catering, are absolutely unmatched. We were able to customize where we wanted and ask any questions we needed with a quick response time. Sadly, our wedding had a medical emergency occur (everyone ended up being ok!) and everyone on staff was compassionate and professional. They even followed up with us after our wedding to make sure our guest was doing ok. I cannot say enough positive things about Bates, it truly is something special and we feel lucky to have been married there. We'll never forget it 3

One of the standout features of Aldea was their impressive selection of decor options, much of which was recycled and in fantastic condition. This not only helped reduce stress for us as a couple but also aligned with our values of sustainability. The location itself is absolutely stunning—our family and friends couldn’t stop raving about the beauty of the venue and the exceptional service from the staff. It truly felt magical. We were also thrilled with the vendors we chose, all of whom were recommended by Aldea: Four Sister's Floral created breathtaking arrangements, Wil's Grill provided delicious food and service, Tony the Entertainer kept the energy high and was very communicative with us, and Maya Papaya Photography captured every moment beautifully (and had some sweet dance moves). The Castle is not only GORGEOUS but it has everything a couple would need. We didn't need a lot for our wedding but we felt like Royalty still. We would also like to acknowledge our (day-before and day-of) Wedding Coordinator, Ruben! He made our wedding day seamless...it was calm, fun, energetic, never felt rushed, and by far the best day of our LIVES! I had my wedding reception in the Zane ball room, it was hands down everything I wanted and the event coordinator was amazing and had everything under control and made the day perfect from myself getting ready and bringing glasses to my room to enjoy some champagne before the ceremony with my ladies also running to find scissors. Also they were so understanding since we got married in Aug and the weather was going back and forth on if it was going to rain. They gave us to the last min to decide if we had to do the ceremony in the same room or in the woods like we wanted. We got married in the woods and it was perfect and it started to drizzle when we were done with the pictures after the ceremony. Then we finally got to the Zane ball room which they decorated perfectly !! Listened to everything we wanted. It was so perfect and couldn’t ask for anything more. Also the staff was amazing during the reception. And this was during Covid time and overall they handled it perfectly.

Alwun House is a nonprofit arts organization set in an historic 1912 house in downtown Phoenix. The historic house is wrapped with patio gardens. Rental would include use of our tables and chairs, food tent and separate bar service area, stage, dressing room and both garden patios. There are multiple areas to stage the ceremony, even the front yard lawn has been used for the ceremony. You would have access the entire day (9am to midnight) allowing you time to start setup in morning, decorate per your desires then host the ceremony/reception in afternoon/evening. We do permit self catering. It's pack-it-in and pack-it-out in the one day.

Virginia’s House is the absolute best! It has historically quaint charm and an absolute wonder of a planner, Natalie! It is family owned an operated as well, which adds to the personal touch of working with a team you know cares about you and what you want. I have hosted multiple events here and referred friends. From start to finish Natalie is there; she is a true confidant in the process and can bring your visions to life. The venue also includes everything you need to make your dream wedding, shower, celebration a success. From planning, decor, day of coordination, and take down. It’s all in one place! They also work with amazing preferred vendors, that have been tried and tested from them personally. From weddings; showers, celebrations, you can be rest assured this team will be with you the whole way. Now to the real stuff, you will hear places say they work with your budget, or the initial package is priced well but then there are extras at an extra cost. Not here. You get up front, inclusive pricing for your event. It is by far the most cost effective venue. Usually you hear cost effective and you think cheap or you don’t get as much, so not the case here. Personally I think you get way more than you pay for, and that’s why I keep coming back and keep referring people to it. That dream wedding on a budget you are dreaming of? We rented the venue for a 2-day dance event that was open to the community. The venue itself was versatile and offered many options for our presentation to have both an intimate setting and audience engagement. The staff were very responsive from the beginning and sought to make the use of the space as easy and comfortable as possible. They were very organized in their requests which showed when we arrived at the venue to find the set-up complete, based on our diagrams. It was heartening to have some of the staff even attend the event and share their experience of it. I would recommend this for any celebration of family and community! Thank you.
