About this venue
Alwun House is a nonprofit arts organization set in an historic 1912 house in downtown Phoenix. The historic house is wrapped with patio gardens. Rental would include use of our tables and chairs, food tent and separate bar service area, stage, dressing room and both garden patios. There are multiple areas to stage the ceremony, even the front yard lawn has been used for the ceremony. You would have access the entire day (9am to midnight) allowing you time to start setup in morning, decorate per your desires then host the ceremony/reception in afternoon/evening. We do permit self catering. It's pack-it-in and pack-it-out in the one day.

Yes, you may bring your own alcohol. You may set up self serve or hire a bartender or use friend to service beverages.

We have safe illuminated parking, plus more free street parking is available.
Unfortunately, our restrooms are not accessible. But the gardens are accessible.

Booking fees for our facilities, and all payments made including deposits, are non-refundable. If you cancel your event you will loose your deposit. If you need to reschedule do to personal/family tragedy, we will work with you to reschedule a date.
Our building is located just a few miles from Sky Harbor Airport. Taxi or Uber rides are available. Or you can ride the light rail to the Central & Roosevelt St station, and walk or Uber one mile east to Alwun House.
