The bar is equipped for your vendor, a tuned piano, special occasion tables for guest book and gifts. This room provides a great Plan B if a ceremony needs to be brought indoors due to weather or can be used as a dance floor. Open and plenty of room to mingle and visit with your dearest friends and family or can be set up with tables and chairs.

Set up either Buffet Family Style or for Catering Service, this buffet room flows beautifully from the bar area to the lower banquet room. Typically not set up for a seated room, but can be discussed.

This space features open beams with a vintage mix that can adapt to any style vision. A great area with natural sunlight from 3 sets of French doors that lead to the open patio dance floor. Nighttime lighting offers low-lit and curtain twinkle lights. Great space for indoor ceremony, meeting room, seminar speeches, or dance floor if the weather is inclement, and so much more. Hold up to 50 people seated at 48-inch round tables or 6 foot rectangle tables. Sweetheart table included.

Our outdoor patio can host your entire reception, or just a part of it. Access for caterer or DJ thru the breezeway. Open gated to the parking lot while space designated for tables and chairs and dancing is ample.

The ceremony area can seat up to 100 guests on our white wooden folding chairs. ADA ramp provided for easy access as required. Beautifully landscaped and nurtured trees provide for a garden setting. Stone patios are great set up areas for live music amongst the seasonal Willow Creek. Four white gazebos can be used for overflow guests or as photo ops or as vintage backdrops. White wooding folding chairs. Bose Bluetooth sound system for ceremony music and microphone. Outdoor Bluetooth speakers.

Our cocktail party can be set up for you or left as an open gathering spot for your guests to hang out during photo sessions. This area flows into the bar area and is a great place for snacks and drinks to be set up. A cute little playhouse is the perfect place for young ones to be entertained.

Two upstairs rooms offer plenty of space to get ready on your special day. Newly renovated full bathroom for your use. Your favorite hair and makeup vendors can be hired to assist.

This newly remodeled catering kitchen has been equipped for your vendor to plate and prepare your meal. All though not a cooking kitchen, there are warming lights, stainless steel prep tables and many utensils to use. ADA bathroom present.

We offer many decorations and supplies that you many choose to use-all included in the venue rate. You may select from what we have on hand or use your own. We have lanterns, votives and LED candles, centerpiece mirrors, lanterns of many styles, signs, vases and faux florals. You may use our linens for your arch and table set ups. Our catering closet has full tableware goods, catering chafing dishes and many pretty serving pieces.

We can make custom florals, centerpieces, arch swag and Bridal party flowers from our Sola Wood Flowers. You may use what we have on hand or custom dye your wedding colors to create your special arrangements.
