Historically charming in beautiful Prescott, Arizona, our boutique venue is a decoration backdrop on its own. We specialize in a very affordable venue rate that includes amenities such as tables, chairs, linens, table settings, glassware, catering serving pieces, outdoor heaters, & sun umbrellas. We have a very generous inventory of decor items that you may use...all included in the venue rental rate. This leaves you with a budget to spend on other important aspects of your special day. We can do an all-inclusive quote for your OR leave the vendor selection up to you! Either way, our staff at the Willow Creek Inn will assist you in making your every dream come true. Also, we can host all sorts of gatherings and parties for your closest family and friends, such as Anniversary, Engagement, Celebration of Life, and Birthdays, simply inquire for those rates outside of full wedding services. Bar and Cocktail Area

Vintage meets rustic in this authentic Bar and Cocktail area. Original 1877 crafted wood works and details.

The bar is equipped for your vendor, a tuned piano, special occasion tables for guest book and gifts. This room provides a great Plan B if a ceremony needs to be brought indoors due to weather or can be used as a dance floor. Open and plenty of room to mingle and visit with your dearest friends and family or can be set up with tables and chairs.

Yes, we allow a bartender vendor, BYOB and self serve.

Yes, we have parking for up to 60 cars.

Yes, all our facilities are wheelchair accessible. We also have ramps at the side entrances, a ramp for the ceremony, an AED machine on site and trained staff.

Set up, clean up, tables, chairs, china, flatware, glassware, and linens and many decor items

Your reservation includes six hours from start to finish, including the time it takes our staff to set up and clean up. Any additional time will be billed at $100 per hour.

Booking fees are non-refundable but transferable. There is a sliding % by the date cancelled, with no refund 30 or less. Please refer to the contract signed for "force majeure clause".

Yes, you are required by contract to obtain an event insurance/cancellation policy such as found on www.eventsured.com. Limitations amounts must be a $1m policy. You may contact them for a quote. Any vendor you hire must provide their proof of insurance policy as well.
