WE'RE MARIA AND RICARDO, WE ARE HUSBAND AND WIFE AND THE HEART BEHIND THE PICTURES. WE ARE BASED IN NYC AND TAKE WEDDING COMISSIONS ALL AROUND THE US AND ABROAD BUT WE ARE ORIGINALLY FROM SPAIN AND PUERTO RICO MARIA IS YOUR PHOTOGRAPHER, ALL THE IMAGES ARE TAKEN AND EDITED BY HER. RICARDO IS YOUR VIDEOGRAPHER AND RUNS THE BUSINESS AND MAKES SURE EVERYTHING GOES AS IT SHOULD. THERE IS A LOT GOING ON BEHIND THE (personal information protected by Zola) PHOTOGRAPHY IS BOLD & CREATIVE, AIMING TO TELL STORIES AND DOCUMENT THE REAL MOMENTS. WE ARE MORE THAN HAPPY TO SHOOT A FEW FORMALS AND WE ALWAYS LOOK FORWARD TO THE BRIDE AND GROOM SESSIONS.

We like images and videos that show emotion and aren’t too stiff. We’ll do a little bit of posing as we want you to be in the right light that’s flattering. We want you to laugh and smile and enjoy. The core images that make up our portfolio are the dramatic couple shots that we do in probably 20-30 minutes. Throughout the rest of the day, we love capturing the moments that are happening. We are aware of how our presence may affect a moment so sometimes we are ninjas, and sometimes we need to encourage the interaction to get the most out of it. We like talking to our customers and helping them feel comfortable.

    We booked the associate package and from the moment they arrived, they were so easy to work with—super friendly, laid-back, and just felt like part of the day. They made us feel totally comfortable in front of the camera, even though we’re usually a bit awkward with photos! The pictures came out amazing! They captured all the laughs, the happy tears, and even those fun little moments we didn’t realize were happening. We’ve already gone through the gallery so many times and keep discovering new favorites.

    We are absolutely obsessed with our wedding photos and videos! This team seriously brought their A-game and made our special day even more magical. From the start, they were super chill and easy to work with. On the big day, they were like ninjas, capturing every awesome moment without being in the way. They have such a knack for finding those perfect, candid shots that totally show the real us. Plus, the way they set up the posed photos. When we got our photos and the video, we couldn't stop smiling and laughing. They caught all the love, laughter, and even the crazy dance moves (hello, epic dance party!). The highlight reel was like a mini movie of the best day ever—we’ve already watched it a million times! The whole experience was just fun and stress-free, thanks to their good vibes and clear communication. They really listened to what we wanted and made sure we felt comfortable and relaxed. Thank you guys !

    They have an amazing talent for capturing the most genuine moments. Our photos turned out beautiful!!! They didn’t miss a single detail, from the decorations to the little candid moments we’ll cherish forever. They also did an incredible job with our wedding video. It's so beautifully edited and really brings the day to life every time we watch it. The way they combined all the footage with music and our vows is just perfect. It's like reliving the day all over again.

    This review is massively long overdue (we got married 5/20/2022), but I absolutely have to write one. Maria and Ricky are hands down the BEST people and we could not have been luckier to have the pleasure of them capturing our wedding! They got exactly the vibes we wanted, all the shots we wanted, were so easy to communicate with, and are just the nicest and most fun people! We did our engagement shoot with them in NYC and the photos could not have been any better. We communicated the types of shots we were looking for and, since they were living there, they were able to give us the best tips for location and shots! Our wedding was better than we could have ever imagined. We got the best posed shots and the absolute best candid shots. We barely even realized the were photographing/taking video of us during the reception which we loved, but we also just loved their presence. They were so much fun and added to the party, they were dancing while shooting and made everyone so happy and comfortable. Our guests still talk about them and how awesome they are! Our video is breathtaking, we are taken back to the day every time we watching and it always brings us to tears. The photos are incredible; we constantly look through our photos and love displaying them in our home to look at all the time. We have since referred several people to them because we would love everyone to have the same experience we had!
