Paige Achkov is the owner and CEO of Top Tier Artistry. Paige is a licensed Cosmetologist who resides in New York City with her husband and two children. She has been an active professional in the Beauty Industry for the past 11 years. In 2010 Paige did hair and makeup for a friend while in cosmetology school, and hasn't looked back since. She instantly fell in love with the gratification of making someone look and feel amazing on one of the most special days of their life. To this day, she is so thankful for the many brides that she has had the privilege of working with.

Paige has worked with many notable celebrities, such as Paris Hilton, Phaedra Parks, Bethenny Frankel, Lisa Rinna, and Jill Zarin, to name a few. She has also worked backstage at New York Fashion Week for the past four years in a row. She also has worked on set for televised productions, red carpet events, and photoshoots.
