“We got the full planning package, The End to a New Beginning. Miranda was there helping me plan for an entire year to bring our Sleepy Hollow wedding vibe come to life. She also suggested floral and decor vendors, which we ended up using and they were fantastic. The bridal suite she set up with a charcuterie and champagne tower and it was so cute!!! “We started working with Ani a few months before our wedding and we wish we had her all along! Our wedding went off without a hitch, we enjoyed ourselves tremendously and have Ani to thank. Ani aced the essentials of wedding planning: coordinating with vendors to free up our time, staying organized, having plans and backup plans, communicating well (not burdening us with details, but keeping us in the loop and involving us on key issues), and being proactive. But what made her stand out, and are truly excellent planner, was her personal touch: getting to know us, understanding what we liked and how we liked it, and truly caring about making our wedding day wonderful. Ani has great empathy and could tell when we needed something, even if we couldn't articulate it, both in the planning phase and on the day of the wedding. We felt we were in such good hands. Also bonus points for pulling a rabbit out of a hat at the last minute on our wedding day when our DJ (a close friend) wanted to extend the rental on his equipment so we could bring it to the afterparty. I didn't even know Ani was aware of this idea, but at one point during the reception she mentioned that it was all sorted, and we had an afterparty for the ages. We couldn't recommend Ani more strongly! :)”

“Working with Angie was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. My husband, mom, and I often talked about how incredible she was and how we couldn’t believe we thought we could plan the wedding without her! We started planning on our own for the first year and then brought Angie on for the final three months—it was completely worth the investment (in hindsight, I wish we had hired her sooner). Angie is beyond generous with her time. Our weekly meetings, scheduled for an hour, often extended to two, and not once did she make us feel rushed. Her entire approach is so thoughtful—she took the time to really get to know us and our families, and she truly understood our vibe. Then, she took everything to the next level, suggesting creative touches we’d never have thought of, like turning our seating chart into a map of NYC with table names for different neighborhoods! One of the biggest reliefs was having Angie coordinate directly with all of our vendors. She worked with everyone—our venue (Tavern on the Green), rehearsal dinner and brunch venues, hotel, hair and makeup teams, band, photographer, and baker—meaning we didn’t have to manage any of that ourselves. She even managed our payment schedule, which was such a huge help. Angie was always full of great ideas, and she didn’t just come up with them—she would go ahead and make them happen! From printing all of our signage to supplying candles, photo frames, and even ring boxes, she has everything you need. Her calm, empathetic nature and fantastic listening skills made the entire experience enjoyable and stress-free. Honestly, we were so sad when the wedding ended because it meant no more weekly calls with Angie! If you’re even considering working with her, I cannot recommend her enough—she is a true gem!”

“MY BACKGROUND: I am not organized nor am I detail-oriented. I am more of a helpful bridesmaid than a wedding planner. Planning this wedding stressed me out as I was working full time, a full time student and was 30 weeks pregnant on the day of my wedding. My venue also did not provide a bridal attendant as event manager was the coordinator on the day of the wedding. A wedding coordinator wasn’t in our initial budget by all means. With that said, SARAH IS A GIFT FROM HEAVEN. She is organized, calm, confident, enthusiastic, responsive, knowledgeable, resourceful, and very-much detail-oriented. What I needed the most, I received: - Stayed in communication between vendors throughout the entire process - Post- wedding clean up and organization - Assisted in setting-up at the location, the night before the wedding - Always kept the budget in mind - Provided realistic expectations of how the event will be executed - Solved problems when we hit barriers - During meetings with vendors, she asked appropriate questions that my husband and I didn’t think of - Has the ability to multitask - Provided checklists and kept us up to date with our vendors - Communicated with my bridal party before and day of the wedding - With the help of her assistant, managed the timeline and oversee the vendors, wedding party, and family members on the day of the wedding - Became a bridal and groom attendant if we needed anything - The zipper of my wedding dress broke on the day of the wedding. With the help of her, a bridesmaid and my photographer, they overcame this really big challenge. Like I said, we initially did not think of a wedding coordinator. When my cousin got married, I saw how Sarah was overseeing my cousin's wedding. It was then, I knew I needed her. At the start of planning my wedding, my husband was ambivalent about having a wedding coordinator as it wasn’t within our initial budget. When the wedding finished, he was so impressed and really grateful to have her throughout the whole process. We could not have pictured working with a better person and I was really able to enjoy my wedding day without stressing. I really recommend Sarah if you're the type of person who needs direction, believes wedding planning is daunting, and just wants to fully immerse themselves on the day of their wedding. “We met with Nicole about 2 months out from our wedding. We were so impressed by her organization! She created an almost minute-by-minute timeline for the day and was the point of contact for all of our vendors, bridal party & family, which allowed us to relax and enjoy our day without any stress or worries. Nicole was crucial in ensuring our day ran smoothly and kept the whole timeline on track and I can't even begin to describe what an important role she played. There are no words!!! Simply put, we don't know what we would have done without her!! My husband and I kept saying the next day, seriously though what would we have done?! When the florist only delivered 6 bouquets instead of 8 for my bridesmaids, she contacted the florist and had 2 more bouquets at the site of our pictures in what seemed like a blink of an eye! There was an issue with power for the ceremony, she was on it! There was a mix up with a last minute table addition, she fixed it! Which, by the way, I had absolutely NO idea about any of these issues until after the wedding. Almost all of our vendors went out of their way to mention how much they enjoyed working with Nicole & that they would jump at the opportunity to work with her again. If you’re on the fence about hiring a coordinator, my #1 advice as a newly married woman is- DO IT! And of course, hire Nicole!”

“We could not have pulled off our wedding without Laurie and Lina!! Their expertise and guidance from the very beginning made the planning process go so much smoother. We made things more difficult for ourselves by "breaking the script" (hiring a DIY venue and 2 food trucks to supply the dinner) but Laurie and Lina helped us navigate it all. They were the perfect buffers when it came to unresponsive or uncooperative vendors. On the day of the wedding, we got SO many compliments about how nice our planners are and how beautiful everything was.
