After working for most of my career on the luxury venue side of events and weddings, I bring a hospitality insider's perspective and well rounded events experience to every couple's day. I'm accustomed to managing many intricate details in a fast paced environment and all of the creative, energetic problem solving that comes with it. Clearing the barriers that create stress during wedding planning is a priority for me when working with couples.

Description | A Full Service Planning & Coordination package provides full time support for arranging every wedding related element and provides a road map and customized guidance for the many decisions that have to be made as your wedding day approaches. Time consuming tasks like vendor outreach and correspondence, guest list formatting and management, and design and decor strategy and management fall within the parameters of full service planning. | A Partial Planning and Coordination Package is highly customizable, but typically includes support with design and decor, vendor recommendations, contract review and monthly check in meetings in addition to short term planning support and wedding day management. | Short Term Planning and Wedding Day Management support begins 90 days out to ensure that nothing important is forgotten, to help organize the details of the day, and to prepare you for upcoming vendor finalization meetings. On the wedding day, we arrive during hair and make up services and depart after your guests have left and your personal items have been secured. |

The best planner and partner
Sarah was the best wedding planner we could have asked for! From the start, working with her was so easy. She was efficient, calming, and quick - she always responded to our questions promptly and put our minds at ease throughout the planning process. The quality of her work and the value she provided was exceptional - she was thoughtful, professional, resourceful, and most of all, fun to work with. She managed all of our vendors seamlessly to ensure everything ran smoothly, tackled last minute changes with ease, and gave us complete confidence that our wedding weekend would go off without a hitch. Sarah and her team truly are the best - they made the whole wedding weekend so easy for us and provided invaluable advice every step of the way. We're so grateful to have had Sarah by our side and don't know what we would have done without her!

We loved working with Sarah and highly recommend her! Our wedding day was everything that we hoped and dreamed for, and Sarah and her team were critical to ensuring the day was so perfect! We were constantly in touch with her beginning 3 months out from the big day (and even earlier at times!). She anticipated issues, kept us on track, and took care of details we never would have thought to plan for. On the big day, every family member and friend knew exactly where to be and when, and there was no stress whatsoever due to her careful planning and her team's attentiveness. Everything went smoothly, our guests were beyond impressed, and everyone had a blast! Sarah went above and beyond and we will be forever grateful!
The BEST planner and person to work with!
I worked with Sarah starting three months out from my wedding day of. As someone who considers herself Type A, very organized and detail-oriented with a specific vision, I was just looking for someone who could handle all of the logistics, so I didn't need to think or worry on my wedding day. With Sarah, I got so much more than I thought I needed, and it was the BEST decision I made in the planning process. I truly could not have pulled it off without her. From our initial onboarding call, Sarah pointed out countless details I hadn't thought of and provided solutions, advice and suggestions at every turn to make sure we got what we wanted. She took the time to explain to me what made the most sense from her extensive experience. We spent hours on calls working through the day's timeline, and Sarah is extremely patient, very kind and has a great sense of humor, making the calls productive and fun. When we ran into an issue with the band contract, Sarah immediately jumped in to help me craft responses, navigate the issue and let me vent (and it was all my doing as I booked them before working with her!) I am someone who goes completely into panic mode before hosting even a couple friends at my house but leading up to the wedding, I was very calm and had the mental space to just be relaxed and excited to marry my husband. This was only because I knew I was in the best hands with Sarah. On our wedding day, Sarah and her team went above and beyond for us. We had multiple location changes (like 6!) and they handled every piece seamlessly and on schedule. It snowed all day, and Sarah's team member Ellie literally sat on the floor of the trolley wiping away massive mud stains on my dress before I walked down the aisle. They completely disappeared, and I would have never thought to have something like that on hand for the day. It was pure magic! I can't even express how grateful I am for all of the things they did - big and small - to make sure our day ran smoothly and exactly how we envisioned it. Our family and friends are still raving about how amazing and impressive they are! I'm the third bride in my friend group to work with Sarah, which is a true testament to how invaluable and incredible she is!

I can't say enough about Sarah Prinz at Honeycomb Prince. My daughter and her husband wanted a non traditional wedding in a NYC venue that posed many challenges. Sarah's ability to work synergistically with the venue and other vendors to make it happen was par none. She brought a calmness to an otherwise frazzling process and leveraged her creativity and resources when faced with complicated logistics. She was instrumental in making my daughter's vision a reality. Love her!
