Petite Planning Company
Petite Planning was born from our own wedding planning journeys, where we felt lost, completely unsure if we were getting a good deal or not, and overwhelmed with all the resources online nowadays about how to plan a wedding. Our team is comprised of planners from a variety of backgrounds - investment banking, special needs education, corporate event planning, marketing and PR, and more. These diverse experiences allow us to fully understand what it's like trying to plan a wedding while juggling everything life throws at you. We're here to make the process seamless for our couples, while keeping it fun!
NJ is one of the largest wedding markets in the country - there's literally hundreds of vendors to choose from. But too many options isn't necessarily a good thing! We're here to guide you through the process and to bring the FUN back into wedding planning; you are planning a party, don't forget that! The journey to your big day should be just as fun and a time for our couples to let their personalities shine through the details.

Description | For some couples, time to plan (or the desire to plan) just isn't in the cards. Our Full-Service package takes all that stress away. We're there with you through the entire planning process, from helping select a venue, booking all vendors, and down to the details of stationary, timelines, room blocks, transportation and more. This package also includes unlimited in-person and virtual meetings, to ensure every detail is taken care of. | If you've already secured your venue and date (woo!) and maybe a handful of vendors, then Petite Planning may be the package for you. This package includes sourcing and selection of up to 3 vendors, timeline and budget management, final details meeting attendance and all of our coordination services on the day of your big event. Up to 3 in-person meetings are included. | You've done the hard part and planned your wedding - now it's time to let someone else handle the last minute details! Starting 4-6 weeks prior to your wedding day, we'll take over and handle all vendor communication, create the timeline for the day, and be the primary point of contact. On the day of your wedding, we'll be on site for up to 10 hours to ensure everything runs exactly as we plan. |

From the moment we hired Petite Planning Company, we knew we were in excellent hands. Amanda and her team were incredibly detailed, knowledgeable, and organized throughout the entire planning process. Their outstanding work and valuable contributions ensured that our wedding day logistics were flawless. The detailed day-of itinerary kept everything running smoothly, and we didn't have to worry about a single thing. In the end, our special day was even more amazing thanks to the Petite Planning team. True Wedding Experts!
Amanda and her team are AMAZING! I didn't talk to another planning company after my first call with Petite Planning - there was no need to! We utilized their Wedding Management package. After our first conversation, I remember feeling a huge weight taken off of my shoulders. Amanda drove the call, touching on details and asking questions that quite frankly we weren't even really thinking about. It really put us at ease that we were going to have an expert on our team that would be looking out for the little details that might not be on our radar. Amanda is so incredibly organized and meticulous and has such a positive vibe! She was very up front and transparent about everything - I appreciate how she gave feedback on things that she had seen work well and things that we were considering including in our wedding that maybe weren't such a great idea. She's not just someone that is going to say yes to everything - she is a true partner to ensure your wedding goes off without a hitch! Amanda and her team got more involved in our plans about 6 weeks out from our wedding - and there was just no better feeling than handing over all of our contracts and vendor info. I knew the wedding was in good hands at that point! She and her team were so on top of all vendor communications - navigating all of those logistics and moving pieces (she provided a ton of important insight working with our photographer in particular). They also developed our entire wedding day timeline - from 6:30 start to 12am end. I LOVED the collaborative tool the team uses to put together the wedding timeline - good tech wasn't something that I thought would be important to me in this process but it made a huge difference not having to communicate using more antiquated methods. Our wedding day was literally perfect and I credit a lot of that to Amanda and her team. It's true what they say- the day FLIES by but Amanda and her team ensured that our entire wedding party stayed on task. We had a rather large party and we had to deal with a lot of moving parts before the start of our ceremony and I'm still so blown away that everything flowed exactly how it should. And they made sure that we had a lot of fun along the way to boot! Amanda and her team are true wedding professionals! They are the people you want on your team without a doubt!

We had the pleasure of working with Amanda and her team for our wedding on 8/17/2024 at Envue in Weehawken, and we could not be happier with the experience. Amanda met with us multiple times leading up to the big day, taking care of all the behind-the-scenes details. Her attention to every little thing, from weather concerns to setup logistics, was incredible. She created a seamless timeline for the day and helped ensure we stuck to it. Her team worked efficiently to make sure everything was perfect, allowing us to truly enjoy the moment. As a bride, there is no greater peace of mind than knowing someone as capable as Amanda is running the show. 20/10—would recommend her over and over again!
