I am a certified Honeymoon & Destination Wedding Specialist and work with clients all over the US. I specialize in Honeymoons, Destination Weddings, Leisure, Family, Groups and Escorted Woman's travel. I travel extensively to resort properties in the Caribbean and Mexico in order to gain the knowledge and build relationships with key people in destination. I help my clients choose the best location for their special event or trip at the best price with excellent customer service.

I work incredibly hard for every client I serve, and I have a great time while doing it. I can assure you can expect timely replies to all your questions, a concierge-style service for your special requests, and a truly personal approach for you and your guests. I am also a certified wedding planner, a member of DWHSA, IADWP. I am a Sandals Certified Gold Agent and Weddingmoon Specialist and Certified WOW specialist for Hard Rock Resorts, Unico and AVA. As your destination wedding specialist, I look forward to creating a custom Caribbean/Mexico Destination Wedding tailored just for you! A planning fee allows me to research, select properties, activities, experiences and suppliers that work best for you. My recommendations are based on my knowledge gained in over 20 years in this industry as well as my personal travel experience. I also offer onsite wedding weekend management.

    Beloved Getaways was the best decision we made in planning our destination wedding to the Bahamas!! Mindi took such good care of us and our guests. From setting travel arrangements & accommodations to making sure everyone had their travel documents and itinerary, Mindi helped everyone get the biggest bang for their buck and take all the stress out of planning an international trip; things could not have gone more smoothly! She was a fantastic liaison for us with the resort; she helped us plan the ceremony, etc..., and even helped us organize an amazing off-property excursion for our whole wedding party the next day. For anyone considering a destination wedding or even a romantic getaway, we absolutely encourage you to contact Beloved Getaways. We wouldn't dream of planning any of our next trips without Mindi either!

    If you are even thinking of a destination wedding, I highly recommend you work with Mindi Phillips! She is extremely knowledgeable and genuine and so easy to talk to! The whole time I felt like she was a good friend who understood me. She is quick to respond to emails and when my fiancé and I had an opening in our schedules and wanted to tour venues in Cancun literally the next week she was proactive in booking us a room and scheduling tours with multiple wedding coordinators and hotels that fit our criteria.     Mindi Phillips was my Destination Wedding Planner. She's very responsive, knowledgeable, and has great relationships with resorts. Any time I had a question or concern, she was very thorough in her answers to make me feel more at ease.
