I cannot say enough good things about this venue. The place is absolutely stunning. It is a beautiful venue space surrounded by mountain views with the perfect backdrop of grandfather mountain as you say “I do”. Inside the lighting and ceilings were a sight in itself. From day one the staff has been amazing. The Venue Manager, Pam, was easily accessible and prepared to answer any question that I had. She was ready to accommodate whatever I needed and even made the time to let me view my table layout in person because I needed the visual to see if our game-plan could work. The venue coordinator, Gracie, is an absolute doll and just as sweet to work with. I wish I could get married all the time, just so I can visit them at the venue!

We had the most flawless, amazing, magical event with Live Wire. From the day we first inquired to our follow-up emails, the staff at Live Wire was amazing. We hosted a sorority graduation event for 40 families with 200 people gathered for both dining and live music. Even though Live Wire does not provide food, they do allow catering and were super helpful, coordinating with Saucehouse to make dinner fabulous. The space itself is cool, roomy and has both inside and outside areas that worked perfectly for our dining needs and live music. The staff was amazing. They made sure the band and tech were all covered and made the transition from dinner to dancing seamless. Erin and Erika were our contacts and they simply performed without fail. From our first inquiry to our final email, they were amazing. There were no hidden fees or surprise charges, and they have a digital platform for easy payment and communication. I can not say enough about this event space and the Live Wire staff. Thank you for making this night memorable. What a way to send these graduates off!

We had our wedding ceremony and reception at Nantahala Weddings and were so happy we chose them as our venue. Jody and Jess, the venue owners, provided excellent communication throughout the planning process - they responded quickly to all of our questions and requests for information. The mountain backdrop could not have been more perfect for our wedding vision. The outdoor ceremony space was intimate yet spacious, with beautiful landscaping and mountain views that made for incredible photos. For the value, we felt Nantahala Weddings was very reasonably priced compared to other venues we toured, we got the full weekend with no set end time! We highly recommend them for any couple looking for a stunning mountain venue with responsive, friendly owners.

We had our baby shower at the Big House at The Land, and it was truly a magical afternoon. The beautiful, spacious rooms wowed our guests as an authentic Hawaiian band played in the main parlour. It was straight out of a movie! Designer luxury in a picturesque rural setting and the host was easy to work with and accommodating- 10/10 would recommend.

When my husband and I started looking for our wedding venue, we had pretty high expectations. We are full-time wedding photographers and most of the venues we have been to are pretty cookie cutter and not at all what we wanted for our own wedding. You’ve got your barns, ballrooms, and industrial chic venues and then you’ve got something completely different like New Holland. New Holland has character, charm, and a one-off nature that was exactly what we were looking for. We knew that when we decided to have our wedding after being married already for ten years, it had to be at New Holland. Sophie and Reagan made the experience booking and hosting our wedding effortless. Our entire wedding celebration was unconventional, and because of that, it required a whole lot of coordination with activities and food for our guests that typical weddings don’t necessitate. Sophie and Reagan handled everything the day of the wedding perfectly. It was like one big choreographed dance. I know that without them, our wedding would have been a huge, disorganized embarrassment, and we are so grateful they helped make our day run smoothly so that we could enjoy it. If you’re the kind of bride who is looking for something bespoke and can’t find it at any of the venues you’ve visited so far, I know you’ll find it at New Holland.

We stayed at The Westin Poinsett Greenville for my daughter's wedding weekend. Our family, the groom's family, and many extended family and friends also stayed at the hotel. In addition to being in the heart of Greenville, the hotel is well-appointed with a sense of southern charm and elegance. Every staff member was friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The hotel lobby was a great gathering space for friends and family and the hotel restaurants and bars were easily accessible from the lobby. The hotel rooms and suites were clean, quiet and the views of the city were perfect! Throughout the weekend, we had several beautiful events at The Westin Poinsett including the Bridal Brunch, Wedding Reception and Farewell Breakfast. Each of these events was unique and the food and service were outstanding. By the end of the weekend, we felt like we were friends with the staff. Words cannot express how amazing Sarah Baker and the entire hotel staff were in coordinating and executing these special events. Throughout the planning process for each one, Sarah's communication was highly professional and consistent. She is knowledgeable, accommodating, and organized. Each of our events involved coordinating with a variety of people and everyone commented on how easy she was to work with throughout the process!! Sarah is simply he best!

Serenity Ridge was the perfect venue for our wedding day. The staff was extremely responsive via email and phone leading up to the big event, answering all of our questions thoroughly. On the wedding day itself, they went above and beyond to make everything run smoothly. They were constantly available to assist with anything we needed, responding within seconds to requests. Their flexibility and willingness to accommodate last minute changes was invaluable. We couldn't have asked for more attentive, approachable, kind, and easy to work with people helping us pull off the wedding. Honestly, Serenity Ridge played a huge role in making our wedding absolutely perfect and effortless. We didn't have to worry about a thing all day long thanks to their top-notch coordination. We loved every second working with them and couldn't recommend Serenity Ridge highly enough for your special day!

Our wedding at Uptown Indigo was perfect from start to finish. The facility is so much bigger than these photos suggest. My husband and I both feel that the level of service and attention to detail made the value of Uptown Indigo second to none. When we first went in for a tour, Duncan made us cocktails and spent more time with us than any other tour we had. The staff actually cared about us and we didn't just feel like a number. My favorite part was the bridal suite in the morning. They turned the whole top floor into the bridal suite and it felt like a movie when the elevator doors opened and we walked out and placed our dresses on the coat hanger. There was music playing, and mimosas set out. My mom started crying and then I started crying and I knew then that the day would be perfect. I highly recommend the Uptown Indigo venue/family and we am so thankful that we trusted our wedding day to them.

Separk Mansion is a wedding venue located in Gastonia, North Carolina that is just 20 minutes from Charlotte. This renovated mansion is designed with beautiful weddings in mind and will give you an elegant backdrop that will create a celebration that is full of everlasting memories. Separk Mansion is ideal for both indoor and outdoor weddings. The first floor ballroom retains old vintage hardwood floors and has a ceiling that shimmers with crystal chandeliers. At the front there is a large staircase as well as large front doors that lead to an expansive limestone veranda that can be used for a cocktail hour. This impressive estate was built in 1919 by textile mogul Joseph Separk. He lived in the mansion with his wife and son during the 1920s. In 2012 it underwent complete renovation and is currently one of the most popular locations for ceremonies and receptions. The mansion is part of the York Chester Historic District and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.

Working with Separk was super easy from start to finish. We had Hannah as our wedding coordinator and she did a great job with creating and sticking to the timeline. She also did great at setting up our decor items and some flowers we brought to the venue. She was very communicative with us and our bridal party/family so that everyone knew what was expected from them for the ceremony. Overall we had a great experience with Separk and had the most perfect wedding thanks to them!

My husband and I got married at White Laurel Estate on May 13, 2023! WLE truly made our wedding dreams come true. This was the first place we toured when starting our search and immediately after visiting, we knew it was the one. Jay Rogers was so welcoming and accommodating throughout the entire wedding planning process. There are not many venue owners that are as helpful and willing to answer questions in such a timely response in the way that Jay did. The grounds are stunning and make for the most beautiful photos - with the rolling hills, black & white accents, and both indoor/outdoor options. We rented both of the cottages for the night of the wedding and are so glad that we did - they were beautifully decorated and spacious to accommodate our wedding party following the wedding. Jay, his wife, son, and daughter-in-law were there to set up, ensure we had everything the way that we wanted it, and to shuttle us around on the golf cart for our photos in the fields during cocktail hour and we truly appreciated that! We are so sad it is over but would not change a single thing, thanks to White Laurel Estate. I highly recommend this venue to any and every couple on their search for THE one!

The team delivered our Vision 100%. We had a lot of DIY items stored in labeled boxes and we went over everything and provided a description of what the tables would look like etc and the day off I didn’t have to do anything but focus on being the bride and getting pretty. The energy of everyone on the team was positive and extremely accommodating!! If I didn’t have the answer for where things should go the response was always “don’t worry, we will figure it out!” I would hire them again for my next event! They were also able to provide our photo booth service (last minute bc we decided on it late in the game) and they brought personalized props to fit our theme and personalities. All of my wedding guests complimented them and spoke highly of how organized they were. I made it clear I wanted to start on time (not 1 minute earlier or later) and Demetra did JUST THAT!! I would HIGHLY recommend them! Prior to the wedding day we met at the venue to discuss details and talk through logistics. This made me and my husband feel comfortable and allowed the planners to see everything that needed to be executed. They were running around the entire night so that my bridal party and guests didn’t have to lift a finger and everyone knew where to go and what to do. Thank you again for an amazing experience!!

Hartsoe Farms was phenominal. They far exceeded my expectations. When we booked our wedding, Kasey Hartsoe showed us a book of decorations to choose from. She helped me customize my tables based off my color choices and she put the flowers and decorations together. During the process after I left, she sent me pictures until I was satisfied with the results. I love that they set up and tear down for the clients! When we took our photos, there were so many locations to choose from. Its so peaceful and beautiful out there on the farm. Since our wedding almost two years ago there have been numerous improvements to the property. The shelter is now closed in with a beautiful gray wood on the exterior and a brown rustic look on the inside. The beautiful fairy lights make you feel transported. They also built a beautiful bridge you can take pictures on or walk over into the woods where there is alsp a bench to take pictures or get away for a private moment to speak as newly weds. I particularly like The Lounge where you can get ready or do touch ups before your event. The "Bridal" suite is elegant with many places to sit and a bar in the bathroom to do your make up. The "Grooms" suite is very manly, and well decorated. They provide wine glasses and whisky glasses for a sophisticated look in photos and for your guests in the bridal/groom lounge. They also added some out door bathrooms so your guests dont have to go all the way into the Lounge. They also do your music for you if you send a playlist. Overall, I can't believe this location is as cheap as it is with the services provided. If i could give 11/10 stars I would!! Thanks Hartsoe Farms for the perfect wedding!

I cannot recommend The Legacy at Gregory Downs anymore if I tried. This venue has come together so beautifully. The open fields, BIG gorgeous trees, a large pond, the layout of the buildings, it’s picture perfect. Caitlyn had a vision and it has come to life. She thought of every detail, making sure there were plenty of options for brides to choose from. Even thinking about what kind of patio they designed to make sure a brides dress and veil wouldn’t snag on the pavers (if that’s not an amazing venue owner idk what is). If you are looking for a wedding venue this is it! Can’t forget it’s also perfect for bridal showers, baby showers, birthdays, special events and so much more! Look them up, tour the venue, contact Caitlyn, you will FALL IN LOVE!!!

Each place to stay (The Wren, The Kingfisher, The Peregrine) have the most thoughtful touches & elevated views. The design of each space is detailed, classy, & has tons of personality. Margaret allows her guests to "personalize" their wedding experience so that each wedding or event planned is truly one of a kind. Celebrate outside by the pond, inside the restored barn, or by a waterfall! The versatility of the property makes planning an event so much more memorable! The Parker Mill wedding venue is a newly-renovated historic sawmill built in the 1930's. This venue has been designed and renovated to specifically cater to essential wedding needs. While it is conveniently located just one mile off of highway 74, the structure is comfortably nestled in a private community in the heart of Western NC Mountains, boasting awe-inspiring views and serene surroundings.

We are SO lucky we found this venue for our wedding! It's been a long time planning - but Alexis was super communicative and responsive for every question in our 20 months of planning. She made all the decisions a breeze and was so detail oriented during our walk through to ensure our vision was received. Our guests were amazed by the venue's beauty and all night we received compliments and "HOW did you find this place?! it's BREATHTAKING"! We just responded with "we know ;)" I will also have to say - having the getting ready suites on site made the whole day even that much more of a breeze. We provided our own food & drink but the Bride's Suite Bathtub is something out of a luxury castle's home. AMAZING photo opportunities! The Groom's suite with pool table, TV, video games & darts was perfect for my partner and his group. Even though there was a wedding there the night before ours - Alexis had everything under control in terms of a rehearsal the morning of our wedding. We all arrived about an hour ahead of official venue access, ran through our rehearsal, and put cars in place to unload when we got to our access time. Her team was top notch - and had all our decor items set up perfectly. I also LOVED that we didn't have to tear down or clean up anything other than what we brought in. I can not put into words how much I recommend this venue for your perfect mountaintop wedding or event. It vastly exceeded our expectations and I hope they keep expanding their venture here in Whittier, NC!!

I adore Hawkesdene! As a local wedding photographer, I have the honor of visiting Hawkesdene multiple times each year. Every time I go, I am blown away by the service and kindness of the staff. They think of everything, and are willing to help at any second! Truly, they are gems! Beyond that, the place is stunning!! The grounds are beautifully manicured with trees, shrubs, flowers, and more. It's extremely picturesque both around the main house area as well as at the top of the mountain. I could honestly photograph a single couple at Hawkesdene for 3 days and still not visit all of the spots I would like to capture photographs! The cabins and rooms are lovely and have everything one would need. They are also beautiful inside and make for a perfect getting ready areas. Plus, I LOVE how all of the cabins are a very short walk from the center of it all- the wedding ceremony sites and reception area! The food, oh the food. It is downright amazing! From grazing tables to savory meals to desserts, it's all SO GOOD! Every time I am there, I hear guests talking about how much they like the food, too!
