Cedar Creek Ranch Weddings & Events is a countryside wedding venue located in Waxhaw, North Carolina. A family-owned farm established in 2015 and converted to a weddings and events location beginning in 2019, this venue seamlessly blends modern comforts and elegantly designed spaces with rural charm. Cedar Creek Ranch’s breathtaking outdoor areas immerse guests in some of the property’s most spectacular scenery while its covered spaces provide lovely safe-from-the-elements celebration spaces. This location is perfect for ceremonies and receptions as well as engagement parties, wedding showers, and rehearsal dinners.

Ceremony Sites
There are several ceremony site options available, including a wooded area with a pond backdrop, the pasture (with pond backdrop), the meadow, or the paver patio in front of the large sliding barn doors. Explore the property and choose your location. The options are limitless.
Reception Sites
The reception/celebration is equipped with a beautiful 40 x 80 wedding tent, enough to hold a seated reception for 200 people. The tent is situated on a beautiful, stamped concrete flooring so there are no concerns with your guests standing in the grass. Use the barn patio for pre-dinner drinks/appetizers. The large covered porch at the barn is a perfect area for cigar smoking, cocktails (also a perfect site for a rehearsal dinner!). The large pergola adjoining the barn patio is a beautiful gathering spot, with outdoor fireplace adding just the perfect ambiance.

From the moment we started planning, Cedar Creek Ranch Weddings & Events kept us in the loop every step of the way. The staff was always there when we needed them, even when we had to shift things around on the day of our wedding, they made sure everything still flowed smoothly. The space itself is absolutely gorgeous, with a timeless feel that made our day feel special without looking overdone. Their responsiveness to our questions and concerns gave us peace of mind leading up to the wedding, which meant we could actually enjoy the planning process. We felt taken care of from start to finish, and our guests couldn't stop talking about how beautiful the venue was. The moment you pull up you see how beautiful the venue is. The staff are super nice and easy to work with. If you are looking for a gorgeous venue to have your event and you want the pictures to be awesome. This is the place to have it.

This is one of the most professional wedding venues I’ve ever been to. The land is absolutely beautiful! And the way the sun sets in the evening makes this place a dream come true for so many! There are so many thoughtful touches to this venue such as a common area fire pit, beautifully designed walkways and a pong in the back. This place is exactly what you envision when you think of a good southern ranch for a wedding. HIGHLY recommended Cedar Creek Ranch!!!
