Founders Dairy Barn at Anne Springs Close Greenway is where classic elegance meets hometown charm. Founders Dairy Barn Downstairs accommodates more than 250 people seated. Lovely outdoor patio area can be tented and will accommodate an additional 200 people seated. Upstairs loft accommodates up to 300 people seated theater/wedding style. Exclusive customizable Greenway Bar Package add-on available for service of alcohol. Venue host on-site from start to end time of event Fully temperature controlled. Free and close parking for guests. Central location in Fort Mill, SC right off I-77, minutes from Charlotte, NC. Discounted prices for group day passes to the Greenway. Free Wi-Fi. Handicap accessible. For weddings only, photography fee waived for two two-hour photo sessions on Greenway grounds. If you are interested please fill out the Venue Request Form on our website.
