Events at Stony Oak Farm

The rental fee includes the exclusive use of the barn along with the property around the barn and large oak tree as well as the beautiful Bride Suite and Groom’s room We also include the use of our 250 white wedding chairs and 20 white rectangle tables, custom made Arbors, Sweetheart table, and a few various other decoration items to choose from. We do not include catering, flowers, linens, photography, decorations, DJ, etc.

Yes, we do allow wine and beer only to be served as a beverage after the ceremony at Stony Oak Farm. A licensed and insured bartender must serve all alcoholic beverages, and a security officer must be present during the duration of the reception (if alcoholic beverages are served.) Day of Event liability insurance is also required to be purchased that includes Host Liquor Liability and lists Events at Stony Oak Farm as the additionally insured.

Events at Stony Oak Farm will provide the security officer for your event, if alcohol is being served, for a fee of $200.00. We have partnered with the Jackson County Sheriff’s Dept. to provide this service.

Yes, candles are allowed but only if the flame is contained in glass. No open flames, fireworks, sparklers, etc. allowed.

We have many beautiful photo spots all around the property that you are welcome to utilize! We do not permit photos on the horses or in the horse pastures.
