Winter Wood Farm was the perfect venue for our wedding. From the moment we first visited, the staff were incredibly communicative and helpful, guiding us through every step of the planning process. The venue itself was absolutely breathtaking - the grounds were meticulously maintained and the scenery was picture-perfect. The venue workers were wonderful people who went above and beyond to make our special day truly memorable. They were so supportive of our vision and made sure all of our guests felt welcome and cared for. I fell in love with this venue and the Winter Wood crew, and I am so grateful to them for helping make our wedding day absolutely magical. They also had a fantastic 48 hr rental package that made it easy to set up and do any extra cleanup around the wedding so I was able to enjoy my day :)

We were married at Winter Wood Farm and it was absolutely gorgeous. The owners were amazing and made us feel like we were a part of their family from the moment we booked our wedding date. Honestly, we could not be more pleased with the venue. The owners are filled with so much wedding knowledge, and they include SO MUCH at no extra cost. They provided a list of recommended vendors and lodging options nearby which was great for us, because we are not local to the area. They are quick to respond to texts and calls and always eased my mind. The bridal suite and grooms lounge were so convenient to have right on site. The family works incredibly hard to maintain the landscaping and the interior of the venue. It is so tastefully though-out, well-maintained, and very clean! We could not recommend this venue more and thank the Winter Wood Farm family for making our day so special. We are so thankful we chose Winter Wood!

I cannot put into words how absolutely incredible this wedding venue is. More than the venue itself and it’s amazing views, it’s truly the people who run it that set it apart from others. Miranda, Brooke, Otto, Zak & Liz- from the very bottoms of our heart- we cannot thank you enough for everything you all did to make our dreams come true on our special day.

Our venue can accommodate up to 200 people comfortably with room for a dance floor.

Yes! We offer tours on weekends (Sunday afternoons May thru October) by appointment only. We can also sometimes work out weekday or evening tours, as well. Depending on the duration of your event rental, in general, you would need to plan for your event to end no later than 11pm. If serving alcohol, you would need to cut off service one hour prior to your event’s end. Music will need to be off and guests would need to be off the grounds by 11pm. Please remember that all packing up and cleaning must happen within the contracted hours.

Yes, you may. We require a professional bartender to serve any and all alcohol.

Yes we do!

Yes, our entire venue is wheelchair accessible.

No. Our package price is what you will pay for the venue reservation. We do not add other fees or taxes. A refundable security deposit is required, as well as event insurance. But those do not have to be purchased until later and not at the time of booking. There are other optional services that you can choose to add-on if you like, but those typically get added on closer to the event date.
