Welcome to Countryside Manor, an intimate event venue located in Winterville, GA. Our grounds boast a stunning main hall with covered outdoor terraces, set against the backdrop of a one-acre pond. Tucked away amongst the farmlands of Oglethorpe County, Countryside Manor is conveniently located about 20 minutes or less from the many dining, shopping, lodging and entertainment options in downtown Athens, GA. Our goal at Countryside Manor is to provide an affordable one-of-a-kind venue that is intimate, comfortable, romantic and unforgettable. We want to provide you with elegance in the countryside. Notice of cancellation must be issued in writing. In the event Client cancels for any reason all payments made to Countryside Manor up to the date of cancellation shall be non-refundable and will be retained by Countryside Manor as an administrative/cancellation fee. Upon notice of cancellation from Client, Countryside Manor shall have the immediate and unrestricted right to re-lease the Facility for the same dates as originally contracted under this Agreement. Client shall not be entitled to a refund even if Countryside Manor successfully re-leases the Facility over the same dates as this Agreement.
Specialty Event Liability Insurance is required of Client.
