Mica and the whole staff at The Windamere really made our wedding better than we could’ve imagined. From the beginning, Mica was very straightforward and honest. All of her pricing was transparent and she was thorough with us. The venue offered the history and charm we were looking for at a decent price and Mica gave us the peace of mind by being our day of coordinator. I loved that we were all able to get ready on site and never saw each other until our first look. We also enjoyed that she has a secluded vip area for us right after the ceremony so we could take a few minutes to breathe before the reception. She helped through the decor process and was very timely with communication, especially as we were planning from 500 miles away. We are so grateful for her and her team.

I cannot recommend Woodland Hollow at Annie Acres enough! It was the perfect venue for me and husband. Our guests were raving about it as well. It is unique, beautiful, rustic, and intimate & very close to downtown Nashville. To top it off, the owners and staff were AMAZING to work with. They made everything very easy & were extremely helpful and kind throughout the entire process. The Farmhouse was an added bonus, especially since we are not local to TN.

Beautiful, historic home at Open Air. The grounds and large, old trees make this venue such a beautiful backdrop. And it's so Virginia! Use of house, barn, and, of course, the back yard with large brick patio and tent make this perfect for any size gathering. Michelle, Steve, and Patti have been so accommodating and have wonderful, helpful ideas for the space. Grateful we have a few extra days to set up for our wedding and don't have to hurry to break the reception all down. It has been a pleasure to work with the Open Air staff.

I'm a wedding photographer in the Mid Michigan area. I had the pleasure of working a wedding here early this season and enjoyed the experience! They were so accommodating to the couple who had to move their ceremony inside due to weather. And it went beautifully! I loved the look and how spacious the getting ready room was. Everything ran smoothly and we know a large part of this was because of you and your hard work behind the scenes. You had promised our friends and family who needed help to get down to the ceremony would receive VIP treatment, and sure enough, they did! They all commented about the kindness and friendliness of the staff who escorted them in the carts. Please thank your staff for their wonderful attitudes and meeting the needs (and wants) of all the guests. I truly appreciate all you have done! It has been almost two months and we are still talking about the wonderful day. There is a sparkle in my eye when I talk about the magic of that day. It truly was a fairytale wedding and it was amazing. My husband said it was the best day ever!

We got married at The Wildflower Barn - The Meadow Barn in September. I could not have had a more perfect day there. Andrea, their Day of Coordinator, was worth every penny and then some. The owners are amazing, answering questions along the way, providing recommendations, they truly contributed to making our day as perfect as it was. When it was time for Andrea to step in and help out, she helped out with every single detail, from tweaking our day of timeline, plan the layout of tables, ceremony site, absolutely everything. She turned my months and months of planning and vision in to reality exactly how I had pictures our day to be. I can’t recommend the venue and Day of Coordinator package enough. You will be taken such good care of by them all.

My husband and I got married at the Barn at Trinity Peak (9/25/22) and it truly was the best day of our lives!!! I cannot begin to express how AMAZING our wedding experience was. The property this venue is on is just stunning. One of my favorite parts about the barn are the original silo bathrooms. From start to finish Carolyn the proprietor was fantastic to work with. She went above and beyond to ensure that our wedding day was perfect and that all the details were taken care of. Her staff was so helpful every step of the way. It actually ended up raining that day, so we had to get married inside the barn. The whole time since we booked, I wanted an outdoor ceremony, but I am so happy we got married inside the barn. It was so beautiful and magical. It totally exceeded my expectations!!! It even meant a lot to my husband and his family because this was their family’s dairy farm back from 1918. It was definitely a special moment getting married in a place with so much family history. I wouldn’t change a thing about that day because due to the rain, we ended up getting the most magical sunset!!! I feel beyond blessed that we were able to get married at the Barn at Trinity Peak. The whole day was just magical, and I didn’t want it to end. I felt like I was in a hallmark movie. Carolyn, I cannot begin to express the gratitude and love I have for this venue. I had worked with plenty of wedding venues in my 10 years of photographing weddings. I'll be honest, most wedding venue staff (especially owners) aren't incredibly warm and welcoming to the vendors on site. Both my wife and I are from bay areas so it was important to get married by the water. I can’t stress enough how beautiful this venue is. It’s pretty much all inclusive, you can bring your own booze, vendors and decorations. It includes a stay in their fabulous inn which is 4 bedrooms. Our whole bridal party stayed and it was the best experience. We decided to book the night before too. You can even take pictures on the Marina docks right next to the property (for a small fee). The place itself is so dreamy, we used one lawn for our ceremony and one for lawn games and our cocktail tables. Watching the sunset from the reception space and the sparkly lights on both lawns was just sooo gorgeous. Now for the team, they went ABOVE and BEYOND to accommodate our requests and answer all my hundred questions and they were so flexible with us when we had to postpone for Covid twice. We are incredibly grateful for the team. They shared all their tips and tricks and made our wedding perfect. The coordination between the wedding venue and our planner was flawless. And best part was the seamless delivery of our late night snack, hot pretzels! And the space perfect accommodated a photo booth which everyone loved. We finally got married in September 2023! I highly recommend as a wedding venue 10/10.

Everyone here was such a big help in the planning process, and was always willing to answer any question we had all the way up to wedding day, May 11, 2024. There is lots of outdoor space as well as a huge inside space. Bridal and groom suite was spacious while we were there getting ready. The Maine of Williamsburg made us feel like we were at home and we would definitely recommend this venue to anyone.

We had the pleasure of hosting our intimate wedding for just over 50 guests at the Renaissance Event Hall in May 2024. The event space is beautiful— although the surrounding area is a bit rough, it’s a space that’s large enough to really bring your vision to life. Originally, our ceremony was supposed to be held on the outdoor patio but after a “rain plan” rehearsal we decided to have the ceremony indoors to make use of the beautiful grand staircase. Affordable space— for NYC? Absolutely. Food— great! Bar— great! Staff— amazing! Shout out to Larry for the amazing lighting. Both Larry and Lisa went above and beyond to make sure guests were served, comfortable, and having a great time. My only wish was that there was a separate groom suite that’s apart from the bridal suite. Here we had to use a foldable partition to separate the bride side from the groom side. Also, our rehearsal was double booked with another wedding party the day before our wedding which was a bit disappointing having to wait and navigate around their rehearsal to complete ours. However, this just seemed to be a simple miscommunication between Lisa and her assistant which I’m hoping won’t be the case with another bride/groom. Overall, it was the perfect space to host our wedding. Lisa was such a pleasure to work with and had such great insights on how to bring together the event in a manner that made the best use of the space. Thank you to the Renaissance Event Hall team!

Colleen was our planner and she was amazing. She answered all of our questions and made us feel so comfortable. We hired her for day of and it was one of the best decisions we made. Summer provided me assistance when I asked for additional information like floor plans and was so helpful when I had to last minute change a few items. I am so sorry I do not know her name, but the individual who stayed with me the whole time during our wedding day was beyond amazing. She took the time to steam my bridesmaid robes, got us more champagne, and took photos of us so we had some special moments to look back on before we received our official photos. Wedding planning is so hard and so stressful, but the Crane Club really did it right when creating such a beautiful venue while staffing it with the perfect team. Cannot rave enough and recommend to anyone wanting a one stop shop venue where all you need is some decor to elevate an already beautiful venue.

The space was perfect for my wedding The look that I wanted worked perfect with my style. The staff is outstanding they worked well with all of my requests. The food was delicious and their portions were generous. We received so many compliments from our guests that the Venue was perfect. Having the Ceremony on site made the transition easy from ceremony to cocktail hour to then to reception. BGC exceeded my expectations I would not hesitate to recommend them for any event. The Belvedere was an absolutely dream as a venue and I'd highly recommend it to anyone considering a Baltimore wedding. The space is gorgeous and the team is incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. There are many different options to choose from for layouts in the spaces at all price ranges and the team communicates clearly throughout planning. The team was also flexible and willing to work with us when concerns did arise and was very responsive to questions we had. The vendors they recommend are incredibly professional and have a very high level of experience working in the space. Lastly the food was fantastic - all of our guests were highly complementary. The day of the wedding my expectations were absolutely exceeded - we were blown away at how beautiful all of the spaces were. The event team was at the ready throughout the event - bringing drinks to my husband and I our families, collecting gifts and generally being extremely helpful. They are all extremely friendly and seemed to be having fun as well as taking their role very seriously. Everything, and I mean EVERYTHING - was perfect. Meghan is the most wonderful person to work with. She made everything so easy for us from day 1! She listened to our vision and made it come to life. She went way beyond “day of coordinator” duties. She constantly checked in to see how the rest of my planning was coming along and helped in every way imaginable. We had a sudden an unexpected death. My husbands mom passed away 3 weeks before our wedding. We weren’t sure if we could even go through with our plans and she did not push us to. She offered alternate dates and gave us the time we needed to make such a tough decision. We decided not to postpone after all and Meghan went above and beyond again in helping us honor my mother in law that day. It’s hard not to get emotional when I truly think about how much she meant us throughout this process and how different things would’ve been without her. I’m forever grateful to her. I can’t say enough nice things about this venue, everyone who works there and even the members. Everyone is genuinely kind. Everything is so clean and beautiful. The grounds are gorgeous. We would get married here every single day if I could.

Our family are even talking about renting the house out for a big family Christmas in the future! We've already booked onto their date night event in June (you become a member when you get married here) and we're so excited to go back and relive our memories. It doesn't compare to anywhere else!

From the day we saw this venue on instagram to when we went to visit for the very first time in September 2020, Farmhouse Flowers VT has been a dream come true. Finding vendors who we felt comfortable with was a priority for us and Bridget and Thomas went above and beyond to make us feel special since day one. They introduced us to coffee with Maple syrup and it was an instant connection as coffee reminds me of someone welcoming you into their home. That is exactly how we felt, like we were about to get married in the backyard of a close friend’s home. Our vision of a wedding was good vibes, great location and great people! Bridget and Thomas made sure to cater to all of our needs and beyond that. From our unique and special venue, to our beautiful flower arrangements, to our bar selection and having the honor of Bridget officiating our wedding; we couldn’t have imagined our day without them. We truly felt like they treated us like family and our guests did not stop raving about how much fun they had! The ceremony location has stunning views and reception grounds provided plenty of entertainment for guests including cornhole and sheep that the kids loved petting. We still have people bring up how great the food was. Kudos to Chandler who helped organize everything. We couldn't thank the Porta team enough.

The Barn is the perfect setting for a relaxing and comfortable celebration, whether it’s a rustic elegant wedding for 50 or 500 guest. The Lodge is a 5,000 square foot Conference Center. The Great room has 20 foot vaulted ceilings. The Boardroom will seat 14 people at a conference table. There are 2 additional dressing rooms upstairs. The largest of the dressing rooms is known as the Brides Room, providing a relaxing and calming feel, with large vaulted ceilings, and views of the mountains.

The Fields of Blackberry Cove was such a beautiful venue and very affordable compared to other wedding venues, especially when considering the location. You are surrounded by mountains and have multiple locations on site where you could hold the ceremony (multiple oak trees and arches you can use free of charge). This venue is great for those looking to hold the ceremony and reception in the same place. We got married outside and then held dinner, provided by the venue with additional fees, and the after party in the barn. The dinner provided by the venue was delicious and made the whole process a lot less stressful because they took care of everything. We were able to serve alcohol and beer/wine/Truly that we purchased ourselves, and Doug provided ice, cups, and a bartender that we paid 60 dollars an hour. With about 100 guests, the barn made for a perfect dance floor. I didn't hire a wedding planner, so I planned the wedding by myself. Doug, the venue owner, was easy to work with and very experienced in planning weddings. He never really clarifies specific things the venue does or does not provide, so be sure to ask! He was funny and an enjoyable presence, but he got a little sassy on the wedding day when I couldn't decide if I should move the ceremony into the barn due to inclement weather. Regardless though, it worked out and everything went to plan! 100% recommend to anyone who doesn't want to spend 15000 on a wedding.

Is there more than 5 stars? I have endless positive things to say about this venue. First, the venue is absolutely gorgeous inside and out. Inside, my guests were awestruck by the stunning chandelier and clean and crisp modern look while outside, my photographer was able to capture the beautiful fall foliage in her pictures. Second, the food is magnificent. I still receive compliments about the delicious meal (particularly the rolls). Third, the team at Lakeview is incredible. They waited on myself, my groom and our parents hand and foot. From making sure a drink is in our hands at all times to consistently checking in to make sure everything is going according to plan. During the reception, a guest accidentally stepped on and ripped my dress and a Lakeview staff member was by my side instantly and able to fix my dress immediately. I am so grateful for Lakeview and how the team made my wedding experience stress-free and fun-filled.

The Inn at Leola Village is a wonderful wedding venue. I was looking for the least amount of vendors possible for me to manage as the bride and The Inn offers so much. I was able to focus on finding my perfect DJ and decor while the Inn handled catering, floral and lodging. They also provide a Day-Of-Wedding Coordinator which is super helpful. The Destinations Salon & Spa is also on site to help you with not having to find make-up and hair services for your wedding day. The salon made me and my bridal party feel so special. Our guests loved the space, the open bar and most importantly, the FOOD. Everyone raved about how wonderful the food was, from the small bites at cocktail hour to the cupcakes for dessert, they enjoyed every bite! Our Wedding Coordinator Tara was great! She made sure our needs were met and everything went as smoothly as possible. They created my perfect wedding day and I couldn't be more grateful and thankful. My husband and I will definitely return in the future to celebrate our wedding anniversary.

We wanted to get married within six months and had to make a lot of decisions quickly. We toured other similar venues but Almquist Farm stood out. The landscape was just breathtaking and there was flexibility since they have a beautiful reception hall where weddings can take place indoors year round. Paul and Kari were friendly, informative, and responsive. The granary is a separate building where were were able to get ready with plenty of space and was decorated in a welcoming way. The rolling hills of the landscape made our photos beautiful even in the late fall. The reception hall has tons of windows with lots of natural light and a stunning fireplace where we exchanged our vows. Our guests enjoyed the venue including the goats and kittens that were fenced just outside of the venue. Absolutely wonderful venue that I highly recommend!

We got married at Windham Manor on 07/01/2023 and it was utterly perfect. Susan, Barry, and Terry helped make sure everything was perfect and running smoothly the entire weekend. There were so many things that they coordinated (transport around the property, folks to help set up coolers, refill ice, set up the barn, set up the ceremony site, etc.) that we never felt too overwhelmed - despite it being such a big weekend! It was a dream to get to get married there and couldn't have been more special or beautiful.

Let me start with this, one of my friend’s is a retired wedding/event coordinator and she said she’s never seen a team as good as the MBR team in her 20 years. The atrium is a beautiful ceremony location, the ballroom is classy and perfect for a wedding bash, their vendors are excellent, and they are just a well oiled machine. They take great notes throughout the process and check in with you, their software platform makes it easy and I just can’t say enough good things about the day of. I had someone constantly checking in to see if I needed something to drink or food, etc. We went down the street for pics and a coordinator came with us and made sure we had water when we got back. 100/10 rating. Also, so many photo opps near the venue.

Built in the middle 1948 from timber on the property. This cabin is made from hand hued logs and hand mixed concrete for the foundation. In the early 60s Lyman Winfrey bought the cabin and moved his family from the city of Spirit Lake to the cabin. We found this place a bit out of the blue, but it was the best decision we made. All of our guests are still talking about how it was the perfect venue and friends are already planning another trip to the lake. Also every single staff member at The Pines Resort is so kind! I cannot tell you how amazing it was to be treated with such kindness at all times whenever I called, whenever I emailed, whenever we visited, etc. no one was ever short with me. We also loved Brittney, who is the new lead planner. She was great and took over the role so smoothly. We were working with the previous planner for most of our planning process, so I was a little worried at first, but once we talked with Brittany all my worries disappeared! The food was amazing and they were very accommodating of food allergies (bride & guests!. The venue is just breathtaking, peaceful, and beautiful.

The hotel itself is beautiful and quirky which made our wedding photos great. The connection to the Denver Milk Market made the hotel convenient and fun for our guests. We even rented out a room from the Milk Market and did our rehearsal dinner there. Overall, The Maven is a great location with great staff that helped make one of the best days of my life!

We had a delicious tasting session the food on the wedding day was so yummy too. We chose this venue because: 1. We love the half moon bay brewery 2. The view venue are beautiful 3. We loved Brittani and the staff the minute we first stepped on the grounds and had our first tour of the place! How much do wedding & reception venues cost?

The cost of wedding venues varies, with factors influencing cost including size, location, guest count, and, most importantly, whether things like catering and rentals are included.
